Nah. Naur. I'm bawling like a newborn baby who already knows what a mortgage is. Help. How could they do this…
Still so sad that the best timeline came to nothing, in that no one but FL remembers those events as they happened :( I hope the movie confirms the theory that he actually DID experience it, because they were experiencing those things together.
Nah. Naur. I'm bawling like a newborn baby who already knows what a mortgage is. Help. How could they do this to me. If they don't fix what they broke deep inside of me through this new movie, I stg, I will haunt everyone responsible for the rest of all their lifetimes.
Would you say that the ML is very predominantly the Protagonist of the show, or is the focus pretty well split between all the friends? Do the female characters have substantial roles that don't fall into aggravating stereotypes?
Is it true that there is basically no romance / very few scenes with the leads :(
update: not true at all. they basically act like they're together for a lot of the drama lmao I frickin loved it despite the stupid plot turn last few eps (a fav feature of cdramas for some reason)
I was enticed by the comments but honestly....dropped it. didn't feel invested in the plot, didn't feel the chemistry between the leads. I think it could've been fun, but I ended up not caring about what was happening
This drama is a masterpiece. The romance is unmatched, the chemistry, the leads, the FL. The moments that make it all shine, that really drive home how /good/ it all is. The dialogue, the plot, the acting. The acting. The scenes that seem manifested from my deepest desires. We were ROBBED with the censorship/editing but the fact that this gem still shines through?
wtf does bit na ever even suffer consequences?? ok the main couple is rly cute but if ur gonna make one of ur…
ep 33 got here by major skipping but I legit cannot imagine hating bit na any less the way the show will want me to like she is such a bully to her core and she honestly terrifies me
ep 35: Naur she has to be a psychopath or something right like there is no way a sane, rational human being capable of empathy could act like this
wtf does bit na ever even suffer consequences?? ok the main couple is rly cute but if ur gonna make one of ur main leads so evil and so horrible then at least make the redemption, the consequences satisfying. im so mad at this and its ruining something that otherwise is cute
UPDATE: There's some genuine cuteness here, like I'm shocked with how much I loved eun soo and soo ho esp with how im pretty turned off by noona romances. but they were rllllllly darn cute, and the actor for soo ho killed it. HOWEVER you have to wade through SO MUCH bs to get to the good stuff. So much patriarchy, misogyny. So much abuse apologist rhetoric, so much manipulation, and no satisfying redemption either. instead we get a copout. the cute stuff ends up not bringing any pleasure after a point.
Bit Na boils my blood. I cannot stress enough how insufferable, selfish, bratty, cruel, and completely devoid of empathy or kindness Bit Na is, but we're supposed to sympathize with her? lol she's an immature brat who throws tantrums and remains a bully from start to end. The depths of her awfulness are unfathomable and the show never gives a feeling of full justice even if she got better in the last three out of 125 eps
but gah the main couple and some select other parts rlly had me laughing out loud and invested, so I hate watched to the end for the parts I loved. truly toxic relationship. they could've made bit na more tolerable and built up to a satisfying reconciliation, I wish we got more of the good times at the end
Despite all the overwhelming praise of this drama, I am still shocked at HOW good it was and how much I enjoyed it and I know it benefitted from its short episodes where the writers didn't have time to be too annoying, but I low-key want MORE LOL
UPDATE: I am wrecked harder than a Tesla with a new experimental feature.
Fr tho, robbed.
