This is not only the case with him but countless other actors esp in the bl industry. Fans simply distinguish between fiction and reality. well chishiya's actor was having severe mental health issues and didn't want to participate in the 3rd season and Kuina's actor was pregnant at the time of the shoot( plus in the original source from what I heard cuz I haven't read it chishiya and kuina are not there cuz arisu and usagi are forced to go there so no point for chishiya and kuina to be there)

I lowk do agree with you, but here's the thing, alot and I mean ALOT of the actors in the bl industry or those who play gay/lgbtq+ roles aren't actually queer irl. Yes,there are queer actors playing queer roles but straight individuals playing the role of queer characters is not that rare in this industry. That doesn't automatically make some a queerbaiter.
