Honestly? I cheered when it happened,lol. The constant focus on her character swallowed the first 12 episodes whole. Her death seemed to open things up a bit for everyone else and I'm enjoying the post death episodes a lot more.

I'm enjoying this so far, but geez, Li Ba La is annoying. The actress is pretty and doing a good job with what she's been given, but the character is a hot mess. She's supposed to be quirky and edgy, I think. But she just seems ignorant and selfish.

I'm only through episode 5 ,but I'm hoping the spoiler I read happens sooner rather than later.

IMO, none of these leading men need such heavy makeup. I'm not sure if they're going for a highly stylized, sort of anime/manga look, but I really don't like it.

I mean that I see an announcement that a favorite of mine will be in a new drama. And then I see their leading man/lady, and I'm inevitably disappointed.
