I personally liked the last two episodes as well. Yeah, it was extra fast paced and less believable, but that happens with these kind of very short dramas.
They were cute together.

what the hell happened to the rating? I came back to see if it went up since yesterday because I think the drama is starting to be very good. I never expected it to go under 8. this is ridiculous

i thought episode 1 was very weird because of the pace. i constantly felt like i missed something.
i'm at episode 6. it gets way better.

yeah, if you haven't watched Mysterious lotus casebook, maybe you should watch that while waiting for episodes of this one to air.

It was just my experience watching it, can't speak for others. But at least episode 1-4 didn't focus on romance, in my opinion. The scenes between the two main leads looked more like mind games than romance. The episodes just constantly gave me the feeling that something's going to happen, that everybody's scheming, that there are a lot of secrets (like in any thriller/ psychological drama I guess).
Anyway, I'm gonna watch episode 5 soon, we'll see what that brings.

I didn't look at the tags before watching it, didn't know it was going to be a GL. I personally really like it. It's my type of drama. I think 8.3 is an appropriate rating.
It gives me the feeling of a psychological drama more than anything, the GL elements are just there, in the background, not something I notice a lot while watching.
(I've only watched episodes 1-4 though)
