I am the only one but i really want Cheng Xiao and Tian Jia Rui in a costume drama together as main leads. Really…
as much as I want her as lead, I think it's best for her to keep playing support role. She already get enough hate as it is simply bca she got lead roles in the past :/
LSK wasn't "lost," he killed himself after being driven to despair by months of harassment from Korean police,…
you're really set on shitting on her idk man let others appreciate her. Just bcs you think her acting was bad does not mean everyone has to agree with you...
"Even a broken watch is right twice a day" :)I don't think IU is great actress (btw, I didn't know her before…
she was actually in a depression (and almost suicidal) when she filmed this and almost drop out of the drama but director insisted her to stay. I would say this is actually her best work, she wasn't acting here she was just being herself bcs she was feeling similar thing as jian
i think the writing was terrible and that with these writers/director they should have just recreated the anime…
I like that they're not based it by the manga bcs then it would be "if Japan has parasyte, then Korea has it too. This is how it happened in Korea." hence how Shinichi could exist and visit them by the end in the same universe. Also idk what terrible writing, I think it's great. No unnecessary scene or plot that could drag it out.
The voice in the starting of the trailer is of cdl?
hmh was the beginning, cx's voice was the one who said "more and more people dies these days" and "they trapped people in nightmare and scared them to death"
I am intrigued by the trailer 😯 Can anyone give me character analysis for the 4 main leads plus bai jiu?
there is no analysis or anything, everything is unknown because its an original story, reuters probably know but a lot of them are keeping their mouth shut
Finally CX is added on blood problem , still unsure whether will be a guest or a support role , probably won’t…
news site says she's only a cameo so I just added guest role, if there's a news site that says otherwise pls do let me know so I can submit the edit again
is Cheng Xiao not the main FL/Love Interest? that's to bad really like her and not a big fan of Chen Du Ling but…
nope, CX has no love interest as far as I know. Her story will (most likely) involved her sibling relationship with LWM, and his character in this drama is one of the enemies!
like, why is everyone suffering in the trailerðŸ˜
yup supposed to be, you can get infos from fanbase as well, a lot of the time big fanbase in chn has direct contact with actor agency so they can know some stuffs to help with promotion
Yey! It’s sad in a way that we are cheering for something that should be the norm.If they are actors, not idol…
Well this is just how the ent culture is in China. I don't think you can change someone's deep voice to become high pitch suddenly, even with voice acting. The most they can do is adding emotion into their voice. But what I mean by matching character personality is "they sound the same way they look and how I imagine they would be".
I won't lie, in a way you're saying that these actors who got dubbed are not very professional. There is also a case where the said actor is way too busy and can't participate in post production bcs the schedule did not match (Bai Lu in TTEOTM is one of the examples) and the said actor is filming other projects as well.
While I do get what you mean though, but its just how it is, unfortunately :/

please also note my first sentence where often times it was also to match the character personality. Chen Xingxu is one of the many examples where he's exceptionally good and CAN speak standarized chinese but because he has very deep voice, his character often gets dubbed to match the persona. It's really very unfortunate for actors.

a lot of the time they use dubber to match the character's personality also bcs some actors still have heavy accents of their local dialects / local language and since they want standard chinese they ended up use someone's voices. But it depends, really. I'm just happy they get to use their real voices for this drama 🥹
