The battle scenes is so so good, not just battle of the wits, but gongfu with colours, texture of solid, liquid, gas - so beautifully curated, engaging and left me holding my breath, gripping to the chair...

Exactly!!! And mentor chose his king's grand plan instead of 2 lives whom he saw growing up. The king twisted mentor mind with his dead children looking at him!!!😡does that give him reason to kill off other kids!!! Or the 2 kids he reared!!!
As the plot thickens and HA seems to be at a losing end, i am not so patiently waiting for how this will end up. I just need a proper closure, no matter who survives or not 🤣😂

YZ might have saved sister, hopefully she is still alive... for this drama whether main casts or supporting casts, any could face death at any time😅 and perhaps YZ was there to meet with HA to proceed with next steps. Indeed like you, i truly wish his trusted mentor havent turned YZ to a beast and an enemy... and hopefully not fill him off as well. Who knows YZ was saved by the King and had some agreement somehow which we do not yet know... argh any theory could be a theory...
The only solace for Cheng Yi here is he isnt misunderstood and isnt spitting blood😅🤣😂 just lots of tears, plotting, hiding, injuries, angry deadly eyes, scheming again, tears again, bionic eyes again, again hiding 😭😭😭 as long as still breathing, he repeats😂😂😂 i miss his gongfu though😅
This drama never fail to surprise me... the older actors are superb, the younger ones are so so good too. Amazing cast, direction, writing and bgm... left me tearing, shouting wandering what is next...
I was hoping the others would lend helping hand... YS remaining folks. Huben fought together w Guyu b4. HA needs to recollect himself from the ultimate betrayal of his respected tutor. The blow is maddness. And the way he broke when Guyu died is heartbreaking. To him Guyu must live to succeed. Now we await what the remaining 7 episodes will be!!! Arghhhhh it is ending! And we r only fed with 1 episode a day for next 3 days!!!
