Its a single page script and they stretched to 120 episodes
unlike most makjang this one don't have any plot twists or turns, you can easily guess all the "secrets" and entire plot from first few episodes.
Ji Eun's mother and Yura (fake soo jeong) are the only two characters/actress had any screen presence, rest of the cast is robots.
Ji Eun's mother deserved that ending because her life is definitely better there compared to living with loser husband who don't care about anything except eating and wasting life, useless son and literal witch as daughter.
Ji Eun's mother sacrificed everything in her life for the daughter. She is few steps away from losing her sanity due to daughter and husband antics.
Its hard to watch every time daughter makes any problem and she had to clean it up, its a miracle she didn't get heart attack from everyone around her, not a single person helped/supported her not even her daughter.
Yura (fake soo jeong) her scenes are pure 10/10, the actress is really good.
wait, hang on, if Mori is also as strong as Gil-Dong, does that not defeat the whole concept of special divine…
I think you missed some point of the whole show
Its not about good people doing good stuff like western super hero shows. gil-dong is a not a good person.
Its about normal people fight due to desperateness, gil-dong and mori are special to other peoples but normal to each other due to same power, also to remind that gil-dong is not special and there is someone else out there to put him in place when he misuse or power trip.
According to the story there many good/bad people with super power out there but only few of them use it and most lose it like the gil-dong father.
Even in the end, gil-dong only leave the island when there is a greater danger instead staying in the mainland and saving cats like spiderman.

First five/six episodes are 10/10 touching and very heartwarming but since the love triangle show did complete 180 and turned in to dog turd.
Practically everyone involved in triangle live, eat, chill in the same house , story is so weird after that, few steps away from japanese p*rn plot.
Also FL went from cheerful, autistic and fun person to rude, vile and very toxic.
it's rare for me to drop shows but i didn't care what happened to any of them in the end.
I dropped the show after episode six.
