It was an enjoyable episode:) The part that touched me most was the part KSG said he missed her and he went to watch a movie though he isn't a big fan of movies. Moved me to tears cause I could feel his sadness and loneliness.
The part where the 3 guys ran had me laughing out loud, esp YH's expression! Hilarious! Of course everything else was daebak but this scene stood out for making me laughed while most others either made me swoon, smile or think haha
From what I see in ep10, I can see why his previous potential romances ended haha Can only hope MJ remembers that she made a wise decision to wait for him & continue to allow him room for growth. From my own experience and pov, the road ahead is gonna be rocky for awhile because of how oblivious he is though he genuinely likes her lol
That said, I really love how consistent the writer is with the characters. They are both responding to their new relationship exactly according to their personalities and I really love that touch of reality. Not overly cutesy or cringy after they officially become a couple but right amount of awkwardness, shyness & excitement:)
Episode 9 is like seeing KSG leveling up haha So refreshing to see him speak his mind on several occasions throughout the ep! Frankly, when I saw the preview of ep 9, I already felt it might not go down well with MJ, when he said he is doing what she asked him to do, to like her. Was hoping I could be wrong but she reacted the way I would have reacted haha Thank God for ep10 preview! So looking forward to watching tonight's episode!!!
Am at episode 4. Enjoyed the part where they were working on the sweets creation but not the romance. Personally find that part irritating lol
Edit - decided to drop after watching episode 5. Don't wish to waste any more time since I kept rolling my eyes at the FL. Glad for those who enjoyed this. Not for me.
The re-watch value of this series is 100% because only by re-watching do I fully appreciate the dialogue and nuance of the words and actions. This series is a main course to be savored, not binged :D
For those who like me, needs a distraction while waiting impatiently for the next episode, Dramabeans is doing recaps of the Run On episodes:) I enjoy reading the episodes from another person's perspective. First to relive the moments and secondly to see if I missed out anything. Some recaps are very well done, doing an in-depth analysis of some of the scenarios. Enjoy!
