it is def more than revenge drama but the drama I am looking for needs be about revenge and the comparison with TD came in so the discussion went in that direction.

There are ppl who do not like NIF. Its a bit dialogue heavy and very political. If you like investing time for a good story, you will like it.

Joy of Life is another fav of mine but that is a 3-piece story only 2 seasons are out.

Mr.Sunshine is much more my type for romance. Subtle and beautiful

sadly not for me. I don't even want to go lot into details of TD because there's none. The last couple of episodes are not even watchable.

TD is can not even be considered a good political drama. The script was everywhere, too much romance in the middle of revenge drama. The main reason I had to re-watch NIF is to cleanse myself after TD and remind myself what a good revenge drama should be.
