Okay, as a romcom, if you looked past some of the stupidity, it wasn't so bad. I would rate it a 7.5 for the concept, and the rest of it. But compared to the novel, it wasn't as good. The novel was done so much better. I don't think it helped watching Bed friend and expecting a similar feel and being given this instead. Again, consistency was not there between the 2 shows. Did anyone else notice Mai"s father was Jeng's father in Step by Step? And they used Jeng's apartment as Mai's place?
Bilibili. It has this weird logo in the top right corner, but they were by bl-world. Though #10 were not available by that person so I just watched what I could find, but wasn't too bad.
Omg, the closed captions absolutely suck on quite a few platforms. I am in Canada, and WeTV doesn't have any, the ones on HiTV are total gibberish, and majority of the copies out there on bilibili or dramacool are all the same copies!
Once I found a decent translation this show has some cute aspects. Simple, easy going, typical romcom, overall cute. Would rate it 7.5 for what it was trying to convey, the camera work and voicing, as well as the acting. It had room for improvement in many areas though.

I think it's a bad hair piece. You can clearly see it at the front. They need to stop doing this and just let the actor have short hair. Also, he seems to have some sort of rash on parts of his face and neck in various scenes. They keep using more foundation to cover it up which makes it look worse. Poor guy.

This is probably one of the most difficult topics to discuss when it comes to gender. Intersex's can be born "looking" one way but as they age the more predominant gender may reveal itself, mostly having to do with hormones. Parents are often left with the choice to alter the child's physical form. This causes a lot of emotional turmoil for the child and the parents. Some choose not to do anything, and some will have traits of both sexes. Again, a very difficult topic to address. So many external factors that can affect the situation.
I think the writer did an amazing attempt at this topic. The story, plot and ending were well done.

Diao has amnesia related to the "dog attack" as a child. But he remembers everything once the truth comes out at the end of Cutie Pie. However, Hiya Yi will have new amnesia from the car accident he gets into on his way to the airport to stop Diao from leaving him. This is actually about 5 years after Kuea and Kilan's wedding. But in the tv show it looks like t will be sooner. Hope this helps!
