Jing's only goal in life is to be with XY, so with or without his clan leader title, as long as he's with XY, nothing else matters. besides, he's lived with her as Shiqi before in Qingshui town, it maybe short but i think it's meaningful. not all fun and adventures, mostly just ordinary boring days but still memorable and he would have lived like that had his Jing identity and XY's princess identity not been revealed. it's also why Jing's Shiqi identity is special to both💜 i still love how things turned out for them though in the end yes, same, i think that their characters have different purposes in the story and they don't necessarily have to end up with the fl and that's why this is a unique story for me
