i havent watch this yet but i noticed the new cast has the same name as the old cast. are they going to continue the old cast's story or are they a whole new diff character? it'd be weird cause i watched arin as nari in the 1st season then suddenly its yena

i know my opinion doesn't matter as i am not korean, but after i watched the first two episodes. so far i only notice they used reals names but they weren't glorifying or romanticizing anything - or atleast from the perspective of the viewers. maybe in the next eps ? but no one actually knows the whole plot yet, so what's the fuss all about? the tiny bits of sypnosis, rumours and the character description that was released aren't helping as well. i'll watch how the plot goes from here and i already read that "thread" that is supposed to educate us about what actually happened so i'll see for myself. but for now, no one even knows the whole story yet.

i just finished watching the first 2 episodes and honestly i have yet to encounter the "historical revision" everyone is crying about. maybe in the next few episodes, ill see how the story unfolds

aejin pisses me off. i know some people can be too kind but she's such a people pleaser. the fact that she even feel pity towards haneul when haneul has been bitchy on her since the very beginning is beyond me. this show suddenly becomes a "haneul" show and the writers are making haneul likeable but failed miserably. i don't even know who's the main character anymore. is it aejin or haneul ?!

that prosecuter is making my blood bloil to the core. hyunsoo's new lawyer the girl with glasses she's smart and reliable at an extent but she's too gullible and can't speak up which makes her a horrible lawyer

he's considered main role in mdl though? plus he joined the cast during the shadow beauty premiere conference as a main lead

how is hongseok a main lead but is no where in the latest eps? is he going back or is he out for good

just finished this drama, and then 2 weeks later one ordinary day would also have its last episode. god. why do all good shows have to be so short while as dramas that gets 16-20 eps usually are boring

18/20, all i can say is that why suddenly it got too political.. like last few eps are 80% politics and then 15% on and off relationship w the leads and 5% romance. i hope the last 2 episodes will make up for it. could've just had 16 eps but the writer decided to stretch it too much. rowoon's character is also not helping, i liked his character from the beginning but recently his face only has 1 emotion. idk if it's the actor's problem or how the character is being portrayed but either ways his character tanked. also the king's character used to be so strong and independent now she can't do anything on her own the moment she became a king. rowoon's character realizing that the king is his first love scene is so long overdue. the queen deserves better. the only character i liked is shim soeun and lee hyun.

personally, i liked sad ending more 😓 yes, i like torturing myself. i'm more on romcoms and forbidden tropes like youth of may, hi bye mama, and flower of evil. after finishing a sad drama, i usually be able to move on just fine, though i need to cry first for a good hour and then start a new one right after. moon lovers is a good drama and is a good cry - definitely not for the weak though 💀 if you ever decide to watch moon lovers and want to share your thoughts and insight, or if ever in the future, if by miracle you would find yourself capable of watching tragic endings, you know where to find me! i can also give some recommendations :'). btw i'll be watching 17-18 today ^^

she's a good actress, saw her in 18 again and she did good there. i feel like it's just the way her character was written and was being portrayed. but i also feel a little cringe in her character and that bleached hair isn't helping

wait im confused, i thought kim sungchul and roh jeongui's characters would be a side couple? or are they just going to be 2nd leads and would have a one sided love towards the main leads :/
