Ughh!! That surgery in this episode was amazing, i mean all of Dr. Kim's children including himself performing a surgery, and also all three of them finally acknowledging each others skills is so heart warming but the fact that it was their first surgery together, it might also be their last was so heart breaking at the same time. Guess is that it will rain and the fire will be stopped before it reaches the hospital. Really looking forward to the last episode. Its been a nice ride for 3 whole seasons i have enjoyed every episode and it will be a bittersweet ending for me. Hoping for at least a shortened season 4 or a special episode where it shows the trauma centre and doldam hospital with all the cast members! :)

Omg its Jang Dong Hwa's mom (or family member) who called Master Kim Master Kim. I knew it!
if i remember correctly it was suppose to be Master Kim thats suppose to be operating on her but someone else ended up doing the operation and messed up and she ended up dying. Master Kim then was framed and left the main hospital
