tbh the family lawyer shud hv requested info from that airline as well as airport authority - its weird that some random pilot is seeking out the captains to get info

actually companies need reasons to fire if u hv a contract -- n in real life there are rules n court --its just most persons arent aware of laws or hv resources to tk legal action
- u can bring ur company before the courts without being fired - though i dont hv any court cases to reference
she is not a whistleblower- which is someone who reveals evidence of internal organizational illegal or immoral activity - she is testifying that she believes an individual in d company may hv manipulated evidence - which she stated already to the company - he company has no legal right to dismiss her as someone testifying whether in the internal investigation or public investigation- stating she has an attitude problem as reason for suspension- RIDICULOUS

actually u can battle with another employee - supervisor etc. an d still stay at ur company or even take ur company to court n still stay in ur company -tis is what industrial court is about - a company isnt allowed to act against the public or its employee's legal interest and terminate its employee's wrongfully or illegally just because an employee didnt agree with its actions and revealed it

to need the other pilots testimonies doesnt mk sense either or even if needed the lawyer shud hv been able to mk a request to the other airlines and not Gu - also he shud be able to request that info directly from the airport and not just rely on the recordings - Jiang shudnt hv dt much money to pay off the Airport Authority to hide records of the runway closing - even just for 15 mins - so far its the recording alone and verbal testimonies but there shud be other evidence
