I loved episode 34 (7). I had to watch CSS’s mother’s slap multiple times (and honorable mention to Qiqi for standing up for her friend). It feels good having CSS’s mother defend her instead of berate her in front of other people. I’m so happy that CSS has not only LBY but the Empress and Emperor as well as Consort Yue to protect her. Consort Yue’s witty comebacks are so amazing ;3;. Also the little snip bit where CSS holds LBY’s arm is gold; they truly are the cutest

in episode 19 and 20’s trailer, it looks like he will go to the moral realm to investigate the god and demon war

one of the admins refused to approve the edit, and said “it was a fact that it aired on friday and saturday,” so there was no need to change it. which i was like???

not that it matters for part 1 anymore, but im a bit confused as to why the staff refuses to remove the friday and saturday airing dates when we dont get new episodes on those days. it was only the first week of airing that we got episodes on friday and saturday. this only causes confusion for the new viewers.

the scene where cheng yi is saying "don't touch me" HAHAHAH. they're too adorable

their romance officially begins in episode 21. however, since the first episode, LBY (the male lead) and CSS (female lead) had great chemistry. this is definitely a "slow burn" type of drama

there is literally no reason for you to be hostile and disrespectful. please learn how to control your anger and language before you post on a site where people socialize and post their commentaries. the original poster wasn't even being rude. they were simply letting everyone know what's been going on as well as the rumors that they saw. it was clearly stated that they were RUMORS, so it is your choice whether you believe it or not. no need to berate other people

i feel the same way! although LY is really sweet, i found him quite annoying and boring. YS's mischievous nature is a bit interesting to me
