I'll tell you that I've been watching the last two episodes in a loop. I really love how they portrayed their developing relationship - from the lack of communication to sharing everything with each other. 😍 Every scene - dinner in the evening, morning in bed, conversation on the road or the elevator - everything is so meaningful. and I thought that maybe I'd choose which one I liked the most but I can't, each is so meaningful in its own way. and the preview for episode 9 is wonderful - they show how she worries and how he worries that she worries. 🤍
HHJ only fell for him at the time he publicly acknowledged her as his wife, in front of the two policemen? Really,…
No, she felt hope then that maybe they had a chance to be a normal couple. She saw in him a real support. I think she loved him for a long time but she realized it quite late (episode seven).
on the one hand yes, on the other I feel that they are completely different. for me both couples have different…
What I also like about WTPR is that even scenes with others concern the main characters and their stories. And even from them we learn what their past looked like.
I just love how WTPR prioritizes POVs. Episode 8 finally gave us more insight on why Sa Eon was so cold and "cruel"…
each episode reveals new pages regarding the emotions and thoughts of the characters. I am really grateful for their honest conversations and sharing their concerns.
on the one hand yes, on the other I feel that they are completely different. for me both couples have different energy. QOT was a successful series for me, but after watching WTPR I know that they wasted the main couple on numerous cluttering scenes and boring side plots. this is what distinguishes WTPR to a large extent. that is why I am happy with these twelve episodes. although I know that many writers can put in unimportant scenes even with a smaller number of episodes.
I have a question for those who have read the novel.
I've managed to figure out that in the novel we have an element of a farewell confession and a fake death of our spokesman. Did what they showed in episode eight have any connection with this? Because I wonder if they gave up on it or if it's still ahead of us.
