After episode 6 couple of this things:I don’t like that prince of Xiysn- he does not even know the FL and is…
(Finally when the ML was mad about FL choosing to go with a prince - she is like ‘ He is a good man’ and then ‘ you are a good man too’ - that cracked me up! Thoroughly enjoying this one !)
This has some meaning in the story (in general), as the male lead told her in the previous episode (don't be with good people). But with a suspicious look (of someone who is seeing something far away, that no one else is able to perceive).
This one is surely on the darker side. Having said that very enjoyable if you like this kind of story and characters!
I'm not really looking or searching for (those kinds of characters). What I want to know; is there something beautiful, intriguing and a journey for me to watch this story??/ There is. So, there's one more reason for me to watch it.
Can someone please tell me if this drama is heavy on revenge and politics? I just watch around 5 mins and it does…
(But, well before, the drama's official website had already provided this introduction below:⬇️ )
Murong Jinghe, the prince of Dayan, led the Weibei Army to recover the lost territory of Qingzhou, but after entering the city, Qingzhou burst into flames. It is rumored in the city that Murong Jing and this Weibei general have a grudge against the people of Qingzhou for betraying Dayan, so after entering the city, they gave the order to set fire to the city, and he also changed from the Weibei general of the righteous army to the general Tu who everyone shouted to kill. Meilin, a girl from Qingzhou who lost her loved ones in the fire, has since vowed to be the culprit of slaughtering the city. Meilin entered the secret organization dark factory, took the poison of the ink vein and became a dead soldier, and after eight years of brutal training, she ushered in her first assassination mission, and this mission was to assassinate her benege who wanted to claim her life day and night - Murong Jinghe, the prince of Great Yan. So, under the arrangement of the dark factory, Mei Lin became one of the hundred Xiyan beauties who entered Yan and kissed Xiyan, waiting for the opportunity to assassinate Murong Jinghe, but what Mei Lin didn't know was that the owner of the dark factory who planned to assassinate, the assassination behind the scenes was Murong Jing himself... ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Summary: (And I, reading the introduction and reading the book, wrote the summary below:⬇️) It's a story about a couple who fall in love (but their love is full of conflict). He is a prince obsessed with achieving justice for his own family (And he wants to sit on the king's throne.). And in this attempt he has no qualms about using people for this greater interest. He meets this girl, this warrior, who he secretly paid for her training (she has martial powers). She doesn't know that he secretly trained her (that he is her ruler). She has a lot of strength of spirit, courage and mercy. He's going to need her help. He has an illness caused in him by his enemies. However, she is poisoned (she is also sick), but he was the one who caused it and she doesn't know. But even when she finds out, she continues to want the best for him and will act to help him get a cure for his illness. (but there will be misunderstandings in this story. He will think that she betrayed him, but she is trying to save his life. He, at a certain point, will think that she died. (And then there is the most famous scene in the book, which is in beginning of the novel, something that happens later on: he goes to her (supposed tomb) and takes her corpse (which he thinks is hers), (And he even carries her corpse.), in despair because he thinks she died. There is a lot of intrigue in this story and martial fights, and war (and their love in the middle of it all). In the end they stay together. But Chinese audiences tend to hate characters like that (wishing there is no happy ending). But... I really want them to keep it as in the book, for there to be a happy ending. I love this conflicting couple, but who, at the end of the day, will be loyal to the love that unites them.
They are actors in various stages of life (but moderately young, charming and handsome), to please all tastes.
I understand now. But....I think they were all chosen perfectly (for the aura, physical and emotional presence of each character). These actors were well chosen. Because it is a whole combined to have a perfect balance with the main couple. This way I'm not looking at the age of the supporting characters (that's what I want to explain better).
better not follow the novel. I read a reddit post ML rapes FL and others in novel.
This scene of the dead body is not the last scene of the book. This scene of the dead body is chapters before the end. The ending is happy. (But in drama, a coherent happy ending is possible). The happy ending of the book (was not written in a way to be acceptable). but...the female writer wrote a happy ending in the book.

I don't understand your opinion, because you seem to agree with my opinion, but you say you don't agree. (Now the acting of the teenagers (for this type of role) wouldn't be convincing. Why complain about the choice of drama???

I liked all the choices. (Nowadays, they often only want to give a character like that to someone with a teenage face). Not here. (Everyone can have their place). And they were definitely the right choices (for this story).
Did y’all see in one of the trailers he even whipped the ground where she was buried?😂I can’t with this…
This scene is in the book (it represents a certain degree of despair) and of someone who doesn't like to show emotions. In the book he whips the corpse (thinking it's hers), thinking she's dead and says: Woman, did you die so easily?? (but it wasn't her). She was actually alive. In the drama, he whips the ground full of petals (but not necessarily on her), nor on her body (alive), which is right in front. And his lines in the trailer (are touching).
