In this drama, the male lead makes the heroine marry a eunuch, while he (out of interest) approaches another woman. But... when he thinks that the female protagonist is dead, he goes to her grave and steals her cadaver, even whipping him. He even carries the corpse on his back. (but they say that she, despite everything, cares about him. And she will make him suffer too. There are many moments with the couple together (and fans like these moments). In the end, they end up together. Love wins. (I think this protagonist, after all, is not as hateful, as they say.) I think I will like this conflicted and passionate plot (I hope it's really Liu Xue Yi), perfect choice.πŸ˜ΆπŸ˜ΆπŸ˜ΆπŸ˜ΆπŸŒ„One fan even commented: "this has been long overdue. That he plays this character". (But... as it is a few months away, confirmation is needed).)

In fact, we do, because it's an international space, and the common language is English. So there is better communication. That's the point.

But clearly, what elements did you not like? I know that what I mainly didn't like (not including famous scenes…
But for me (I feel like having read several excerpts from the book), it helped me to better get into the story (and understand the essence of LZS).
And when you described above that LZS (somehow was the victim) and somehow (we felt he should be happy). I feel it. I think we only disagree with the fact that I think (which in the essence of the story) was for him to be this better person (which you don't understand), is that despite all the harm he did (for me the story passes), that LZS in essence and how he died (just ratifies), that his true self (is this better person). You understand ?
And as for the main couple (they are the righteous, the full of virtues). But I feel that with LZS, Liu Yu Ru, for example, (She was stone hearted), until episode 39, they only got better in episode 40.
To define a meaning (this in the drama), is that LZS (the villain of the story), remembered her, remembered those moments (with sweetness, as something valuable). But she (in the drama), forgot and even said it to his face (we never met). I thought that was so cold. (but someone will say: He's the villain, he doesn't deserve any sweetness.
I was so upset about it in episode 39, that it took me a while to watch episode 40 (and that one I liked in that regard), of how they treated LZS.
And when you say that LZS is the victim by being the villain (in a sense it is). At the last minute, when his father stabs him, and then his father stabs himself. The LZS feeling is one of forgiveness, it is concern for the father who is dying.
At this point, I thank the screenwriter (because here, he understood the character better) than the novel's author (who would have LZS returning the stab and hitting his father back. But the screenwriter put LZS in a position of forgiveness, when he didn't return the stab to his father.
And when I think that LZS dismissed all the guards (it seems he already had that ending in mind).
PS: Something I missed was the "brothers" clash between LZS and GJS. They weren't brothers, they were cousins, but their whole life, LZS thought they were (and that psychological side wasn't portrayed). It just seemed like a rivalry between opponents who wanted to show who was the smartest and strongest (nothing about LZS admiration or needing or to have wanted to live the GJS life).
But from the moment that GJS also loses his father in the story (this is lost), because it was a struggle for GJS's father is also present.
But with episode 40 I became more appeased with the screenwriter's choices.
And when I realized the small change that the screenwriter made in LZS's death (compared to the book), I think it was better, but consistent with the essence of the character, who is the one who should be named Jiang Jire (man of good virtues). I really loved that part (which is in the book) and it was kept in episode 40.

I have a feeling that the main lead should really be Liu Xue Yi. But... I also have the impression that the heroine must be Zhou Yutong (because she is the only one who is reported to have received advance payment from the filmmaker). And the information about her was before the other heroines and more than one informant mentions this payment. I may be wrong (but I think right now they are diverting attention by mentioning other candidates. Saying that they are looking for a better candidate (but just to keep the discussion going) and for some to stop interposing themselves against the real chosen main male lead (Liu Xue Yi), who is the most suitable for the role. So I think, I could be wrong.
And I think I'm right, because December is still 5 months away (a long time) and so they prefer to keep a little bit of uncertainty. From what I understand of their marketing method.

I understand that the screenwriter was not very skilled in demonstrating the rectitude of the main couple (after all, they are the heroes). And in the book they are this altruistic example (but the screenwriter was not skillful). But the reaffirmation of altruism (and the best demonstration of it) by the couple is in the last episode (and when LZS's subordinate asks GJS what it's like to be a good person, the story says: they are like that). So, the fact is (the main couple are the righteous in the story). They don't care about the money, they want the best for everyone. They don't take advantage of people. However, (they seemed impractical and unintelligent), as you well commented with examples. Sometimes what they did that seemed to be for good (became evil, like the death of the owner of the fabric shop because GJS decided to throw the red fabric out the window. But in the last episode their compassion and justice continued to be shown by caring for the villain of the story (by understanding his life story), so Liu Yu Ru decided to take care of the poor children so that they would not become an LZS (who seems to have been deviated from his true path.).

All these details about the main couple's altruism (there are some logical inconsistencies, as you rightly commented.), but at least this altruism was shown.
If they sent someone to assassinate LZS (he certainly wouldn't die like that, given the plot of the book that was adapted at the end), and I wouldn't want him to die before the end came.
But, if there were these attacks against him (there would be more plot for him), and clearly they reduced the plot points about Luo Zi Shang (which were in the book), including a skirmish there would be at the bridge with GJS.

jingyi's outfit and hair here reminds me of Han dynasty and it just suits her sooo well!! she looks PRETTY PRETTY…
I find this storyline so beautiful and romantic (A man in love with a woman who resists his love). But it's actually a bit of a police thriller mix too, like Sherlock Holmes.🌺πŸ₯€πŸŒΊπŸ₯€

Drama #307:I don't have much to say about this one, the couple romance is awesome. The villain is great. The schemes…
But clearly, what elements did you not like? I know that what I mainly didn't like (not including famous scenes of Luo Zi Shang that are in the book (the umbrella, the yellow river, the clash between LZS and GJS on the bridge). And having made LZS more villainous than he is in the book and erasing parts that showed the humanity of LZS, that are in the book (but I liked the funeral part done for him. This is in the book, and it shows the true meaning of this character, LZS.
But, regarding Liu Yu Ru (the businesswoman issue was weakened). And the part of the city saved by the two (in my point of view it was weakened). And about LZS (the question of stones, of memory. I don't know if it was the best choice. Although I liked the last episode.).

My question is why did Luo Zi Shang get rid of the guards who were guarding him at court? He wanted to die. Is what it seems. In that episode 39.

Person Liu Xue Yi
Kill me love me sounds like dark story but it’s interesting, how you do you know he got that main role, confirmed…
Several marketing accounts started reporting this the day after the end of "Destined", the end of the LZS character. There were many bills, a fever. No actor (who ever spent that cake with, it was that heat).
Several sentences they said make me think that LXY has already been demarcated (although yesterday there were about 3 posts saying that the male lead is Xu Kai and Zhou Ye).
My feeling is that Liu Xue Yi has already been established, yes. For the first time, when they reported that he was the protagonist of "Spring Flowers Disgust /cansado", they put his name in front and in each message they changed the names of the female protagonist (Peng Xiao Ran / Zhou Ye / Zhou Yutong / Liu Haocun).
I think there is a psychology behind all this information. And the words that also appeared about LXY being the protagonist were: 1-It was established 2-Both sides trust him;3-He is motivated.4-Capital chose him.
The entire list of other names since 2021, but there has never been a heat like this when another name has been mentioned.
I noticed they just put some marketing account now saying it will be Xu Kai and Zhou Ye after some keep saying that LXY is old so they just give him bad, selfish and not noble characters. (I think the psychology they imprint on their publicity, so that the fans give more value to the character they gave to the actor without the fans complaining too much is: provisionally hand it over to a more famous one (so that people who complain shut up and realize that they are disturbing the favorite artist to go up, if they criticize his choice for the role (but... I saw few criticize).
I think they've already chosen LXY. My guess:
1- He doesn't have a lot of traffic because no major male has been broadcast yet. It's the only thing missing.
2- He is better suited for the role. In appearance, temperament, interpretation and maturity and still retaining youth. He is not old.
3- This cake has been rolling out since 2021 (it went through the supposed big traffic) and it wasn't heat. The heat was on now when they reported non-stop for 3 days that LXY would be the main protagonist. And they kept changing the female lead.
PS: It's my guess. But... I think I'm not wrong. It is enough that those who choose, really want him on paper. And it only takes one main male to be transmitted and he has more traffic. It's a guess. We have to wait. They use tactics. But it's true, they can change an actor until the last minute. We will only know for sure in December/2023 or January/2024. Let's wait.

Tencent handed him "What if" modern drama. He finished filming at the beginning of the year 2023. It is from Tencent.…
As for "What if" I don't see it that way. For the snacks I've seen. Although it is centered on the female protagonist (who has 3 suitors). The part with LXY is more emotional and with more elements. LXY itself is twice the story (there are two parallel realities for him as well).
I think "What if" it's a wonderful story that they handed him. Quite emotional and sensitive. The photos also reveal this. (But I want tencent to deliver another character for him. It could be a fantasy (The story of Apocalypse and Yue Mi) for example from Ancient Love Poetry (they are in debt). But maybe because he has little traffic and the actress too ( but even so, it's a waste), so much actor at the beginning that they promoted him quickly to main lead as Go Jun (for example). It's kind of unfair, yes. I agree. And I get angry about it.

I dont like LZS’s ending.. he already cause many dead people.. he don’t deserve have a mourning board (sorry…
That part (Funeral for LZS) is in the original novel.
They cut out several parts referring to LZS (which show his humanity) and fed him with more evil acts (but kept the essence), which his destiny was diverted by facts of his life. But who he was supposed to be would be another me, another persona. (Maybe you understand a little. I don't know. When to watch until the end.).
