The anime is a huge success in China. And from what I understand, they are following the anime, but improving many things. That's what I see. (Even the opening song of the anime is the same as the opening song of the drama.( But the ending song of the episodes is the most beautiful one in my opinion.)

Even Wuxin's voice in the anime isn't a 17 year old voice. And if they accepted the drawing like that, why do they have this illogical question in the drama ?? (He's handsome and he's wonderful in the drama. And I wouldn't watch this drama without him.).

The first 5 episodes showed very little about her. But I liked that she is very innocent, truthful and fun, in addition to being a great warrior who understands about magic weapons, since she understood about the magic flute (but I believe that in the episodes to come her character will be developed).

The story focuses on the 3 warriors (Xiao Se, Wuxin and Lei Wujie), however, there was a good development in Tang Lian's story. The important question (is the fate that these 3 need to reach, which was prevented in their childhoods (Xiao Se (was killed and revived), (Wuxin, saw his father die, needs to return to his original family, as per the cartoon, he is also a prince), (Lei Wujie, there is a hidden power in yourself to be developed.).
curiosity:The scene where Wuxin cries in the temple upon meeting his master's spirit is completely taken from the anime (and Liu Xue Yi perfectly interpreted all the pain and emotional charge needed. The scene was not below the same as seen in the anime. (I didn't watch the anime, but I saw some scenes from the cartoon, and this scene is very famous).

My perspective of the first 5 episodes:

The drama presents an engaging story as it has plenty of adventure as well as humor within a fantasy context, with young warriors fulfilling the journey of their own lives. They face enemies along the way, who wish to prevent the destiny each one was destined for. Will they succeed ? Even if they have to suffer and fight, they and their allies will make sure they complete the proposed journey. P.S: In this order of importance: I love monk Wuxin, Xiao Se, Lei wujie, Tang Lian, and girl Qian Luo.
