I think the most heartbreaking scene for Ann was when she hugged Jane while answering what it is supposed to feel when you kiss someone you love. Jane is very confused though she initiated the kiss. Ann tried to get assurance when she did kiss Jane and hoping for some respond that maybe she had mutual feelings towards her.

Another story of a love at a wrong time.

I think maybe lying was through the act, on the part that Jisoo left Yoon Joo in a motel where she seems not care about her but it was her she was thinking of while in a car with a man. Yes, I agree, that those tears in the last part was meant for happy ending.
