Title Close Range Love
I watched this movie (and I actually loved it oops) and thought that elements of the story (not necessarily the relationship itself but some things that happened) were absurd, including the teacher's attitude towards the student. However, I then went on to try to read the manga and BOY the movie was 100x more realistic.
