Yes, thanks for pointing that out. I do agree with your points, but I think some things should have been filtered out in the interview, like using harsh words. He could have pointed out that she tried her best to achieve that visual without him saying that he scolded her. I'm not sure if it was lost in translation, but seeing how Knetz reacted to his words is worrisome, especially as a KHY stan.

South Korea has an ongoing issue with double standards, where females are often given less regard or opportunity compared to male counterparts (not just in the entertainment industry), so I can empathize with how female Knetz feel about this. It might be particularly jarring that he mentioned KHY is "lovable" but was "harsh" about her appearance.

I think he shouldn't have mentioned this in the first place, now that LR is a success and everyone's celebrating. People are bound to take offense because, while appearances matter, especially for celebrities, they are not the only reason people watch dramas.
