for me burn is the scar left from killing james dad

likely dr is with chita and not prae.. she hurt him and bit him forcing or rather daring chita ... chita had no option but to turn Dr into a nour. Because Dr is not Prae's true love, so her bite would kill him for sure.

So dr is definitely lying somewhere like bella swan, going through his metamorphosis post the heart bite from chita

So my current theory about Chita is that he is the most Powerful Nour who can kill other Nours.
He fell in love with Dr J, and hence NOW IS THE TIME that serial killings are happening. He is the one killing all nours so that they don't hurt Dr J or other humans.

His late night part time jobs = best time to kill nours

So, we all pretty much agree that Chita is the SUPREME NOUR.

Question was why is supreme nour all of a sudden acting up. And, that's the thing. He is in love with a human - Dr J.

AND HENCE, he is killing every damn nour in the vicinity so that Dr is NEVER EVER attacked by one. That is why timing is NOW.

Likely, the past incident where Ken saved Dr's mother... probably our chita was also out there somewhere.

Likely Chita knows that ken is a nour and safe. But, he kills every other Nour who comes in contact with Dr. J in any form, or Nours who are notorious
