THEORY, and it seems pretty straight forward after ep 2
Our ML, is indeed the actual youngest son of the rich family. In original timeline, in which he was shot and murdered, he got swapped and had memory loss.. ended up living life in poverty.
Supporting Evidence- 1. In ep 1, a car accident is mentioned 2. In ep 1, we also know that even if original ML is a school dropout, he is actually very good at finance and is a very capable asset management team lead. Company depends on him a lot 3. Supposed dad is not too close to him...remember the distant emotional setup during his mom's funeral in ep 1 (when he learnt his brother quit college) 4. While our ML was loyal to rich family, the one scene in ep 1 when he bows to grandpa's portrait.. he has genuine respect (memory reflex if you ask me) 5. Sweetest hint of ep 2 - In rebirth timeline, when ML was standing in front of his mom's store, and his new ex-actress mom came to fetch him... we saw another boy come back from school. The boy had specs... :D :D .. we got a split second side face reveal, and guess what... IT IS THE SAME CHILD ACTOR
Put it all together- The youngest grandson of rich family in original timeline was indeed a business genius. He inherited his grandpa's genes (we know no one else in family is as sharp). He must have been a prodigy since young age and grandpa started favoring him.
This would become a problem with other family members. So, somebody definitely intended to get him killed. A car accident happened, in which someone got killed - i think store owner's son.. and the swap between the store owner's son and rich family's son happened.
At some point, in original timeline, somebody realized that swap happened. Either that killed store owner lady (Mom)... or someone went after our ML when he was in turkey / wherever to kill him because if truth is revealed, he can claim share in the inheritance. i am positive, grandpa will has something about youngest son
ML has amnesia, and right now, all the memories are coming back to him. Notice, this is like 2 memories talking - one what happened, two what he thinks he already knows as in future || or, indeed he has traveled back in time but only to revive his memories and find out he is the real son and he can take revenge.
He doesn't remember anything about youngest rich son because there was never anything to be remembered. Since, he got swapped.
I'm guessing he's really not sick and is just pretending.

and our FL and her great cook dad should figure out what food habits can cure him *********** i suspect next trouble is JC's king asking for Zheng's hand in marriage for his daughter. They are indebted to JC.. so.. XC's king might suggest Zheng to marry this girl so that she can be the mistress and let concubine LW be concubine

She had a full proof plan. She wanted to mess with ZXB and did not want to allow her to get all the free credit.
1. She got ZXB being scolded by client themselves, i am sure she would have messed up more if this went on... if things got ugly, she could pull her trump card anyway
2. ML interfered (because ML didn't know who the parents are or wasn't 100% sure of her plan) .. and in trying to save her gave up the app... lol... which was naive because our FL had that covered too

Is this a reset... i thought the second couple were the main couple of UWMA, is this starting all over.. after an entire series about their plot? Or, are these "not knowing each other" scenes close to whatever scenes, progression plot was filmed and shown in UWMA
