When u see that 12% has the same creator as bad buddy and it is directed by P New (UWMA, LBC...) well it says a lot... This series is the prime example of the wonder that can be created when good writing and good directing work tgthr add to that talented actors.... chef's 💋

Well just checked and it is the same director for gen y and he messed up big on that one even thos the actors were good so i will no be getting my hopes up for this one especially after th3 1st ep but i will finish watching it for the sake of the story wanna know more abt Ai and Naih

That was one of the most natural NC scene in ages it showed the passion and the yearning of both without making em look like they were wrestling (the case of many BLs sadly) their chemistry is top notch 👏

Loved it!! It was cute and heartwarming!!! both couples were adorable and easy to love!!! kudos to the actors they delivered !! The OST was good and the directing was nice but I feel like its potential was lost to some extent due to the bad writing, i understand that it was just 8 eps of less then 30 minutes but what bothered me the most is the lake of flow and was not really consistent some things were thrown at as and expected to he taken by the viewers just like that it could have been better.... anyways as much as it bothered me it didn't prevent me from enjoying it to the fullest and i highly recommend it i might even give it a 2nd rewatch ...
PS: looking forward to see more of these young actors in other shows ☺

I loved him in "Love Between Fairy and Devil." I really want to see him in a main role asap.

I get ur point completely! I watched en of love n read the books too !! This version was more drama based as u said they missed in some parts the point of the emotional journey which made the viewer miss the character development for both V n Mark which concerend em more n doesn't evolve a 3rd party!! In both en of love n the books i never disliked V no matter how dumb he could be sometimes cuz the events which r not shown in the series explained better his mind set n experiences!! On the contrary he was my favorite character with hiw much he grew n became a better person for Mark
But overall the series ain't bad i am enjoying it still... still prefer en of love : love mecanics.... it was more wholesome even with the short eps .... i guess if i left the books for after the series i would have judged it differently !

Maybe we need to understand the korean education system cuz from what i could understand at the end is that he wasn't giving up but choosing the the hard path, (which might be less stressful for him cuz he will be freed from school system and grades) if am not mistaking he could ve past his high school diploma exam separately (which doesnt require to be a student at a school!! ) and then passed the college entrance exams later i belive that is possible in korean from what i saw in other dramas

In the series this is painted more or less as a seduction cuz it didn't show fully the drug effect (an aphrodisiac) and the role it played...
but anyone under the influence of an aphrodisiac can give real consent since he can't even have a clear mind just like someone drunk it won't be consent

And to believe that the actual series downplayed a lot of things since ep1 well... to all those ppl I'd say better not read the book then...

I absolutely agree with you when u said reading the book ruined to an extended the drama not that it ain't good but that dimension of knowing the inner thoughts of the characters and how it influence some of their decisions,
I agree with u on all ur points n what u said i just see (and i say this according to the book) that kinn having sex white porche is druged was a loss of control on his side too notrealy a decision he came to not cuz he tried to resist it 1st then gave up after the "advances" of porche, still this doesn't justify his act he should be the sober one who should be in control of his urges, just want it to but it out there might have read into it in a wrong way I'd like to hear others thoughts on it
And i don't know how they going to play it out later what what will come ...

Nothing added anything to the story the writers should be fired 😒
