god her manager is the most annoying character I've ever seen. This is the deal with old kdramas story lines are awesome but some side characters(or even high pitched fls) just ruin it

You don't have to boast your English skills that way. 'pretty out there' is not a term you would really learn when learning the language doesn't mean her teacher failed . You are probably also heavy on negative self talk with the way you comment. After all the dramas you watch in various language you should know the world is big and English is not the standard. Her roles I have found are really well done, they aren't stupid , they are neither annoying, childish but have that hint of say femininity, soft yet witty and warm feel-good feeling i really prefer. Her expressions are on point

Yeah goodness I really couldn't see any empowerment, love element in it all, instead i found the story line cheesy and woman power? forced I know its a k-drama but i have yet to find another as pretentious as this one

I liked it then as I was the age of the female character I suppose and I was new to k-dramas, but few weeks ago i came across some clips and the way the actress talked, also her mannerism, style threw me off, how come i didn't notice it before. I don't mind age difference in real either but the actress really put emphasis on being a naive little girl. And you can't tell me its culture difference cause i am aware of it by now, its bit another level in goblin.
