Your house helper is an example of how to make a drama without villains, super light and natural and still manage to make the story so interesting... I really love all the characters in this drama, they are so valuable with their experiences and problems trying to deal with life. I will miss this so much!
I initially didn't want to start this drama after finding out he falls for two women and reading that he ends…
I really understand u because I also feel this way... I want to know about it before I start this drama, so I have not started yet. I hate shipp wrong and hate characters that stay between two people.
Can anyone tell me if Wuji's father (who is really the uncle) dies to the end? I'm still in episode 60, but I just want to know about it. He manipulated Wuji so much! I hate him!
I'm feeling like I'm the only stranger on the planet who didnt find this drama all that. Is the drama good? Yes. Is it funny? Yes. But I couldnt feel the excitement/anxiety of "MY GOD, I NEED THE NEXT EPISODE!!!", I watched and "okay, it was a good episode". Separately, I found the episodes very funny and the cast very well-scaled, with many great actors, but I couldnt connect with the story in general, when I get the whole drama, it's not that drama that I would see again or would tell someone on a list of "dramas you need to watch." I love Seo Joon and I love Min Young, they are so beautiful, but in that case I couldnt sympathize with Kim Mi So, could not get my attention and I could not feel at any moment that she really was in love with Young Joon. It just did not happen. Anyway, it was a good drama, but not the best of the year, it's on the "nice, but forgettable" list for me. Has anyone else felt this way??? Being good, it would give 8/10.
I read in wikipedia about Zhan Beiye character : he falls for Lanzhu's sincerity. so I hope he will. As Fuyao…
Yes! I also read in wikipedia, but they already took that part "he falls for Lanzhu's sincerity" and then put it again. Yet, I feel hopeful. I really want them to be together!
First, I was frustrated about Jung So Min having declined the main role for this drama, because I really love seeing her acting. Now, I've seen Seohyun in the extended trailer, it looks like she's been able to do a very good job. The trailer conquered me. I'm waiting for this drama!
I saw this comment about this movie (and I agree entirely with it) and I think it should be passed on...
"Despite knowing the legend of Izanagi and Izanami, I think the adaptation was a bit confusing. The gods were married and only separated with the birth of the fire god, who mortally injured Izanami who died. Even so, Izanagi went to visit the goddess and she did not want to receive it for being decomposed, but full of desire, Izanagi insisted and saw the wife in that state. Scared, he ran away. Izanami felt offended and proceeded to chase after him. Then they separated and Izanami threatens to kill a thousand men a day, while Izanagi replies that he will give birth to fifteen hundred men a day. (cycle of humanity) In this context, I understand that Natsume was full of vanity and only approached Koi because he despised her. The previous encounter in the forbidden lake is also an allusion to the legend, for the creation of the world (in the Japanese legend) was born from the ocean agitated by Izanagi and Izanami's rod that gleaned and formed the first island of earth. It was the hectic encounter that propelled a feeling between them. A mixture of envy, anger and passion. Koi was a free soul, yet attached to the island's traditions by the family. Natsume, as well as beautiful, could go wherever she wanted because fame would allow her a future in other continents. But she was willing to drop all this because of this feeling for Koi. Deep down, Koi wanted to go elsewhere, an opportunity he would never have. Natsume wanted to be loved, not for her beauty, but wanted to be accepted as it really was: full of doubts and insecurities. And it is between these two broken and complex characters that this relationship is born, abusive, submissive, possessive, half-cast. It was not love, that was clear from the beginning. And the summit of the story is rape, sorry for the spoiler, but without quoting it it is impossible to understand what follows. It is the birth of the fire god, the legend of Izanagi and Izanami. It is the decline of the relationship. The two blame each other and carry their own faults. Although Natsume insists and Koi falls into temptation, the relationship is doomed to failure and they decide to follow their destiny. He will stay on the island, and she will leave being a role model and actress, as it was meant to be from the beginning. The outcome is revenge, but it happened only to please the viewer. Because nothing changes, life goes on as it should. Because this is the cycle of humanity: something dies for something to be born. Childish love died, for the actress to shine."
I saw the trailer and shipped the Lin Dong with Huan Huan, but I really dont like to go wrong...
