Interesting. I didn’t know BMF is produced by the same studio as The Shipper. This explains why The Shipper’s storytelling is so good. Although I didn’t like the sad ending of The Shipper, i still think it’s a good show due to its high quality production.

I think you made a good point. Kawi’s case is different from his dad’s case. When Kawi turns the crystal point, his dad is dead already. When Pisaeng turns the crystal ball, Kawi is still alive. I do believe Kawi is meant to survive this illness, of course with the help of Pisaeng who travels back in time to save him and they will be happy together in the end.

Agreed. The show feels even better when you figure out the implied meanings of some scenes that not everyone can figure out. This is the level of a widescreen movie. I’m surprised that a BL show like BMF can do that.

Of course noone wants Kawi to be ill/separated from Pisaeng but i like this twist. It makes the series more unpredictable and interesting. Don’t worry guys i believe Pisaeng and Kawi will be happy together in ep 12. It’s gonna be a happy ending. IMO, this twist helps keep the series’s momentum. Otherwise, the last 3 eps will be boring. This is the first series that i have never yawned while watching. Definitely deserves my 10 for the rating. Anyway, is it just me or It Might Be You has a part that sounds like Ditto of NewJeans which i like. Now, It Might Be You is on my daily playlist :))

If you watch it, don’t think about Krist (because you don’t like him), just focus on Kawi. Otherwise, your adversion to Krist will ruin the show for you.

This series is a hidden gem that a lot of BL fans will miss. It’s their choice to not watch this series. I’m glad that i’m not one of them.

Just watched Only Friends trailer. I’m shook. Don’t know what to say but i’m gonna watch it. Hope Force and Book can redeem themselves from the boring ABAAB.

I know people intepret things differently. For me, I feel like the feeling Kawi has for Pear is admiration rather than romantic affection. He has few friends in his life. Few people are nice to him and appreciate him. He has low confidence that someone as hot as Pear will notice him and give him attention. So when Pear does that to him, he is touched by her kindness. Not to mention, he has never crushed anyone be it guys or girls. That can lead him to mistaking admiration for love, just like Pi to Nan in FUTS. This is how i feel about it. It’s not necessarily true.

When i said “show affection”, I didn’t mean Kawi should sleep with Pisaeng. You are right. They are both equally important. It shouldn’t be just Pisaeng trying his best to please Kawi all the time. At some point, Kawi needs to make Pisaeng happy too. And, you are right again. Kawi’s concerns are important here and he needs to address them. But so far, Kawi is holding back too much and he is cold to Pisaeng in the theme park. Whatever concerns he has, he needs to tell Pisaeng so that they can get through it together. It would have made sense if Kawi told Pisaeng about his concerns before they had sex in this ep. It seems there is a big cut between the park scene and the kissing/sex scene in ep 10. So i expect to see that cut in ep 11.

I just watched ep 10 for the second time. Kawi is so happy when Pisaeng’s mom approves their relationship. I do believe that Kawi has affection for Pisaeng. Kawi, please show your affection for Pisaeng in ep 11. Stop being scared or worried about anything else because Pisaeng is the most important. You have no idea what a jackpot you have hit. I mean Pisaeng is the nation’s boyfriend. He deserves your affection.

Now that you mention this, I thought Arthit was the top too because he was so intimidating during hazing sessions. But When i looked at the novel cover, it looked like Kongpob was the top and the dominant one. And in their first encounter, Kongpob did say to Arthit “I will make you my wife”

Now that you mention how low-confident and insecure Kawi is, I feel like Kawi is worrying that after having sex, Pisaeng will not love him as much as before. Like, if Pisaeng didn’t enjoy their first time sex, he might lose interest in Kawi. Kawi might be afraid that he cannot satisfy Pisaeng. We know Kawi has zero experience with sex and he is still a virgin. I’m not sure about Pisaeng tho :) . Nevertheless, whatever the cause of Kawi’s stress is, i need it to be explained in ep 11.

I agree with you. We need to know what Kawi is dealing with in ep 10 directly from Kawi’s mouth. He needs to communicate with Pisaeng, his lover about it. Otherwise, there is definitely a plot hole in ep 10 and i would blame the director for it.

I agree with you about Arthit in Sotus. I feel zero affection from Arthit towards Kongpob. But i feel different about Kawi. The way Kawi passionately kissed Pisaeng be it drunk or not, the way Kawi was devastated when Pisaeng disappeared made me believe he does have affection towards Pisaeng. Ep 10 seems to be illogical for me when suddenly Kawi went back to being cold to Pisaeng as if they were not officially dating. Some users said it was because of Kawi’s stress over the sex thing and/or first time in a relationship with a guy. I think the stress is reasonable. But it needs to be justified and handled properly by a good communication, an event and/or a plot twist. Otherwise, the end of ep 10 is not convincing to me and makes me question about Kawi’s character. I won’t conclude yet because there are still 2 eps more to go and hopefully they explain it in ep 11. Still this is the best show of GMMTV in 2023 for me so far.

I feel like Kawi is holding back too much in ep 10. He doesn’t communicate with Pisaeng about his stress which is weird because they had excellent communication in ep 9. I believe there was something happened at the park and some communication at the dinner scene that helped Kawi clear his head and agree to be intimate with Pisaeng and we should see it explained in ep 11. Otherwise, the character development is weird. Now i am really looking forward to ep 11 to see if it is explained or not. Fingers crossed.
