i think it's mostly because he was in depression because of the school stress and other reasons. he needed someone by his side but the girl that he loved choosed to say a thing like "we shouldnt be together until we go to university" so he thought that no one truly loves and needs him.

that ending was so sad

it was phenomenal. it gave me all the emotions that i would expect from a fiction. the ending was satisfying for me and i kinda knew that we won't see the oh in joo and choi do il's relationship but it's okay for me because i stayed for the suspense and odd horrific theme. glad that i watched this.
