I didn't quite understand the part where they find the doctor dead in ep. 18. They are looking for herbs and an antidote. I understand that Yan ZiJing has been ill all along. Is the antidote for this? Or was he poisoned during the rescue or is it all the way back to where he was captured and hung in the 'cave' with poisoned water. I'm a bit confused.

I need something as epic as The Untamed, but it seems to me that pretty much nothing can compare. I just keep on rewatching and rewatching. Trying different other dramas, but always return to this safe haven. Wei WuXian, Lan Zhan & Co just never disappoints ❤️
