Same here. I couldn't enjoy the kiss scene at all, cause I was crying my eyes out for Shin Hyuk. :(

I have a serious case of second lead syndrome.... I cried BIG, FAT UGLY TEARS when he let her go outside the hospital scene. The OST song in the background & Hye Jin + Shin Hyuk conversation just tore my heart apart. :(
