This is an adaptation from a novel (historical fiction), not historical documentation! They changed the name for a reason. I agreed they should have made the FL a better fighter to be more relevant

Female lead is actually terrible. She cant fight. This is not the drama for her.
I think she is GREAT!! the fact that she can't fight that well is not because of the actress; it's the script and director. I agree they should have made her a better fighter...like comparable to the eunuch or something...

I like her fine!! I think she is great! I just hated the script for not being consistent : the cheng xi b!tch trying to kill the FL and FL got her killed before now all of the sudden she's all about revenging her and slid the other chick's throat?! wtf??

this show is so stupid. the inconsistency on how ones abilility to fight and able to escape danger situation is so laughable!! one minute he could fend off a hundred people and the next he can't with 1 person who is of a lesser fighting ability. And WTF with the marriage between him and the stupid princess? FL was totally a pushover in that relationship.
