I hope ppl realize MDL's ratings are based on viewership as well so dramas below 8 aren't necessarily bad it just means not a lot of people watched it so the ranking is obv. lower, if you notice the older dramas are usually lower rated but there are so many I gave 9-10 so don't let the ratings discourage you unless it's below 7.5

I didn't watch this because I read the comments and they were not that good. But when I watch the drama myself…
I'm on ep 8 now I see that there are some flaws in the story, it could be written better, and sometimes it's confusing, but I enjoy the fight scenes and all the main characters. I don't love it but I do like it. I will continue it all the way

I enjoyed Douluo Continent and this was recommended, I watched 4 eps so far and it's so similar in tone (fun + fantasy and martial arts) I love it so far. Not a fan of Jelly Lin but her character here isn't annoying and dumb so far so it's okay.
