Besides 'Something In The Rain' and 'One Spring Night' in all those noona dramas the FL is his superior/ceo. You could start with 'Encounter' and 'The Rational Life', in both dramas the FL have to fight in/for her career.

Can't think of a noona drama, where the FL isn't bossy ;)
'The Rational Life' & 'Find Yourself' come to my mind. Both chinese and i like them very much. Then there is 'Secret Love Affair', 'Witch's Romance', 'Encounter' & 'I do I do'. Give them a try.
In 'Something In The Rain', 'One Spring Night' & 'Romance Is A Bonus Book' the FL's arn't that bossy, but lovable nonetheless ;)

starts funny...getting annoying for picking the wrong guy...dropped it in the later episodes.

All in all great work by actors and stuff !!!

Took me some time to realize, that I getting a problem with that in dramas. First time to experience that was in Start-Up.

I wrote alot...and just deleted it. My problem is this thing, called '2nd lead syndrom'.
Just read an artikel about it and this show is an example for it, just like 'Start-Up', which I cancled for exact this reason. Not sure, if I gonna continue this show....that CEO is just annoying and the female roles getting dumb and weak. But hey, thats my point of view as a man ;)
