I liked that we got some backstory with her mom & saw some of her perspective. But I’m not going to lie I’m…
I agree with you. The first 6 episodes were like crack to me as well that I had to introduce this drama to many people, including my mom. Today, as much as I cried when Heedo reconcile with her mom, I'd like to see how Heedo and Yi Jin progress as a couple. In this episode. a lot of details felt like fillers: the coach, the concert, and even how Baek Yi Jin played guitar during the concert. I kept telling myself that we need all these shiny fluffing happy episodes before some angsty ones. So I try to enjoy the moments while they last. Hopefully we will have some golden stuff tomorrow.

I’m just hoping the writer doesn’t go with the death trope(for YJ) like with the actual story that I’m assuming…
Which actual story that inspired the drama may I ask? Is it the song 2521 by Jaurim?
On Twenty Five Twenty One Mar 15, 2022
It looks like our writer-nim is a true fan of Jaurim ( a band in the 90s). Besides using the song title "2521" as the drama tittle, she had written a lot of lines from other song tittles by Jaurim. To name a few: "I'm your fan", "If you sleep here, you'd freeze to death", and " Rainbow".
Can anyone who knows Hangul go through Jaurim's playlist and find if there is any song that hints happy ending?

This is one of those dramas where both of them just genuinely don’t need a kissing scene. EVERY episode,Without…
when he holds her hand and escapes the guard under a starry sky...when they drive under the rain...when he watches the rainbow with her...when they whisper as they watch the sea....I feel more love than any other kissing scenes I've seen in a while.

I LOVE THIS WEEK'S EPISODES! But it's still bugging me how Yurim can treat Hee Do so badly in the past before…
I'd like to believe that when Heedo stood up for Yurim in the bath room that she would apologize to Heedo and they become good friends, and not just because they are chat friends.

Could fencing cause brain concussion and amnesia? I am leaning towards that theory because the bruise scene may serve another purpose than just a caring look from BYJ for NHD.

Can't believe how mature yi jin is despite being only 23....i'm pretty sure they're not gonna start a relationship…
I think HeeDo will graduate very very soon...

can i also just point out. normally dramas use the trope where the couple is staring at the sunset or fireworks…
I notice that too! Maybe just like Hee Do who has been reading too much manhwa, we probably have been watching a lot of Kdramas hahah!

Some of my fave relationships are the ambiguous, hard to define, but we love each other, like Elementary or the…
very well said. Yes this drama has been and will continue to be making my weeks bright and cheerful.

It's not the age gap but the fact that she is a minor and he is an adult.
I don't really get the age gap thing still. Don't high school girls usually like boys at this age already? It's quite normal for a 19 yo to have love feelings like this. And Back Yi Jin, of course he's an adult so he developed feelings for her but what's most important is he keeps the boundaries. Their love, which blossomed from a supportive friendship, is pure regardless of age.
That is to say the fact that he is an adult and she is a minor never bothered me.

I have two competing theories right now:1. the show is trolling us and Yi Jin is the father and all will be explained…
either way Hee Do and Yi Jin are endgame. I'm happy!!!
On Twenty Five Twenty One Mar 2, 2022
anyone has JAURIM on repeat these days? Did you know this song was written 9 years ago and the lyrics included "twenty five twenty one"? I have a hunch the drama title is inspired by the song.

This is not love, this is something more, something pure, satisfactory and so so deep😭I'm still bitter about…
current Heedo flashes her smile a bit too much and too unnatural. she doesn't give off that pure and happy vibe. I'd rather Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk play the current Hee Do and Yi Jin.
But, I'm giving the director the benefit of the doubt, because every other actor and actress that he picks, the scenes he shoots, they are all perfect. I'm hoping there's a reason they pick current Na Hee Do as her.

When Heedo was flustered in the car and Yijin calmed her down, put on her seatbelt and basically let her know…
don't we all love a modern prince that saves a modern damsel-in-distress by sweeping her off her feet to a red covertible and saying "I've got you, girl"? :)
