i agree! i feel like yes chimon isn’t as into the romance scenes as perth it, but im confused as to why the…
agreed, if chimon had more experience in romance series i think he would perform really well. i hope chimon does get those opportunities, honestly i'd like to see him play more side characters alongside perth, they're cute together
exactly, i'm becoming interested in kang's friends just because they're barley shown throughout the series. nawa gets okay screentime with guy, but what about the other friend? what's he like? he's shown so little that i can't even remember his name lol, again i wish the screentime between all the characters was better balanced. it's disappointing, this series had so much potential as it was promising an enemy-lovers storyline, danger and other plots that aren't usually included in highschool dramas, but it was a let down. the enemies to lovers went on for about 3 episodes, then completely faded. same with the danger, it's like the people writing the script weren't sure if they wanted a typical cutesy drama or one that would be different from other highschool series. i once saw a comment say "it's like the first 3 episodes were aired, then gmmtv weren't happy and replaced the script-writers" which i've been thinking about ever since i read it. the first few episodes were intriguing but the excitement for this series has died down a lot. i'm hoping these last 3 eps will somehow save dangerous romance from all the questionable things about it
Well at least the conversations are still maintained with a certain level of respect. However, I can't say the…
dr page is filled with just people complaining & dragging chimon lmao, it's stupid how majority of them can't give a proper opinion without "chimon shouldn't be in this series blah blah, it's trash blah blah blah"
I find it funny how the same people who are still hating on Top are the same ones loving on Boston and Ray. Make…
maybe i'm just too soft but i love top, he's become my favourite besides sandray. he's genuinely changing and has been since he started loving mew, there's no excuses for what he did to mew but i feel like top doesn't deserve the way he's being dragged lolol, maybe it's just me though
i agree! i feel like yes chimon isn’t as into the romance scenes as perth it, but im confused as to why the…
i believe most people haven't seen chimon play in other dramas, i'm gonna be 100% honest i haven't either (i plan to) but i've seen lengthy clips of his acting and he seems to do great outside of the bl genre. i think the main reason why people are trashing on him is simply because he's paired up with perth, they're both good actors but when it comes to physical touch perth notably performs better which gives people a reason to drag chimon
i don't get romance vibes either, especially in the last few episodes but i don't really mind it either. i just see it as 'oh some couples are just like that' so it's not really a problem for me. i know others are expecting way more though which causes them to hate on this series
the only way i'd slightly accept pimfah x napdao ship is if they got together once pimfah graduated, it's still weird but it's better than what they have going on right now
msp is one of my favourites just because of how loveable and well balanced every character is, which is something this series and others are struggling with. yes msp and dr are very different, but this shows' side characters just revolve around kangsailom. usually i don't have a problem with that, but it's to the point where none of the sides have backstories. some of them have fun personalities, but not all. all we know is pimfah is the daughter of a hospital owner (i think) & sailom's friends are funny, poor & hot-headed but in an entertaining way yk. the side characters have potential, each of them are interesting in their own way and i wish that was expanded/explored more
If this drama rates 8.1 in MDL then idk how to judge a drama by rating anymore. Very mediocre plot with bunch…
honestly i feel like dangerous romance is somewhat enjoyable if one doesn't really care for plots/storylines and is mostly there for the fluff, not many people are like that but they're out there somewhere which is why i think this series is so high rated
i agree! i feel like yes chimon isn’t as into the romance scenes as perth it, but im confused as to why the…
it's a little disappointing that chimon isn't that into romance scenes, but it's still watchable. chimon's strong point is just not romantic scenes, which there are no excuses for that but majority of viewers are claiming him to be a terrible actor, which is not true. it's clear either the script is really failing him or he just seems to do well in other genres, probably both. i really liked perthchimon in nlmg and felt that they had great chemistry, but the more this series continues the less i'm getting boyfriends vibes from them
if kanghan had better character development, i believe that would've made the show more enjoyable. kangsailom are cute, i love them but it just doesn't make sense for kanghan to completely stop being a bully by episode 3/4 and onwards. i get that he's changed or whatever, but the pacing is just not it ykwim? i think it was episode 4 or 5 where it just felt like a filler episode with cute moments compiled together, they could've used that episode better and turned it into something to do with kanghan's personality slowly changing or something idk
i feel like they only introduced the whole love triangle ordeal just to have some plot twist and drama, which in my opinion is just poor script writing. i haven't read the novel, but i once read a comment that summed up the entire thing and the novel seems so much better than the series. honestly, i don't ship pimfah x napdao because it's a teacherstudent relationship which is sad, however i still think they deserve more screentime. pimfah was introduced as one of the more important side characters, and now she's completely being forgotten. it annoyed me too that chopperben got limited screentime, but honestly i didn't mind it as the plot for nlmg is decent imo and i like palmneung lolol. i just think this is a problem for many series, they'll forget about the side characters. this isn't a very good comparison as i haven't watched many dramas, but i feel like series like abaab, msp & futs were at least decent when balancing the screentime between the mains and the side characters
i need someone to find out who their stylist was for that scene LOL give them a raise pls
i’m just spoiling this because it’s so long i have MANY thoughts about this ep. one that i will continue to say in all my comments is: give perthchi a better script please and thank you gmmtv directors!
the short scenes of them shopping at the mall were funny LOL, sailom’s outfit was so adorable. they may be giving off slight bromance vibes at times, but i can’t help but smile so hard whenever they have a cute or flirty moment. also can i just say perthchimon are both so fine, especially in those scenes where they played pool. sailom doing his calculations was pretty entertaining too, i love how nerdy he is.
however, u know as sailom struggles financially i don’t think it was the smartest idea to make him encourage kanghan to spend that shit load of cash in spite of getting back at kang’s father, though i don’t like how kang is being treated by him, i just think it doesn’t really make sense for sailom to do that. “you should be ashamed of yourself (for getting your card frozen)” hello weren’t you the one spending that cash with him three minutes ago? i think i’m just looking too deep into this or whatever lolol
a lot of people are complaining how perthchimon, chimon especially, don’t seem very into their characters and they aren’t doing a well enough job, to me they seem to be doing fine, but if i was chimon and i got a script that was interesting at times and dull at others, i would feel the same. i have nothing against the fluff or the angsty moments, as i enjoy watching them all, but i wish they were balanced out better: that would’ve created a better plot in my opinion.
guynawa and their stargazing scene was cute, maybe it’s just me but i feel like their relationship will be a bit rushed in the last 3 eps as the story primarily focuses on kangsailom. of course, no problem with them being the main focus as they are literally the mcs, but compared to other shows the side characters screen times are quite limited.
one thing i dislike about this series is the fact that they will introduce something exciting just to forget about it, then bring it back. like for example, with name, the debt collector. he was introduced then not mentioned for several episodes, only coming back when he needed saifah’s assistance. seems like they’re only bringing back storylines and plots when needed lol, sure name might not be as relevant to the story as other side characters but it’s awkward, seeing him for 2 episodes, disappearing for many then suddenly making his comeback
now, my opinion on the big elephant in the room… the one thing people are criticising ruthlessly. the intimate scene.. which i feel like a lot of commenters have made it seem like it was horrific when in reality it’s not even that bad. though it wasn’t top tier, it’s still watchable and honestly enjoyable if you’re like me who doesn’t really care much for intimate scenes unless a series literally revolves around that kind of genre. it’s fine to dislike a scene but some comments are going too far, if you’ve seen them you’ll know what i’m talking about
also, one last thing - whoever styled perthchimon’s hair for the cafe scene at the end, pls take all my money. they look so good with that hair and in those outfits. petition to style their hair more like that in future series
i haven't seen the new ep, but why would you compare it to rape? that's weird
okay, chimon didn’t play his part in the intimate scenes, i get it but you could’ve made many other comparisons. leaving your sentence at “a fish could kiss better” would’ve been enough to get your point across
hold on, why is everyone beefing in these comment sections over editing, twitter & the directors? i'm so lost, i'm not active on twitter either so i have no clue. someone please explain because it seems like a lot of people are upset over this lol
Well the description is up there^ and there's a whole pilot trailer on GMMTV'S YouTube channel from almost a year…
don't worry, not at all. i just watched the trailer, i'm a little disappointed that joong was replaced with satang, i feel like joong would fit in well with a kind of series like this, but i'm glad satang is finally getting a role as a main. phuwin's in it too, so i'm excited to watch this when it's released
Cher: *Leaves Boss for a year. Without a single word of goodbye or any promise that he'll come back.*Boss: *Is…
wait did cher leave for a year? lol i assumed it was a few weeks or months.. or something like that. maybe it's just me, but i don't understand the timeline/pacing of this series LOL
this is cute, it's not as bad as some reviews say but there are a lot of questions left unanswered in this series which is frustrating, but overall it's a little cringey and cute at the same time, which is nice to watch. cher's personality is so adorable, he's so easily likeable. forcebook are a cute pair, i want to see them in more of these cutesy romcom type bls
Thats exactly how I've been feeling too. I think it's partly because the series isn't what I thought it would…
i hate when shows do that - introduce something dramatic then disregard it for a few episodes just to bring it back after all the cute, happy moments. yeah, watching the fluff and them trying to figure out what they are to each other is heartwarming, but the way the whole story about sailom being in debt and what-not was quickly forgotten throws me off a bit. i agree with you, it would've been more interesting if the debt collectors appeared. there are some dangerous aspects to the storyline as a whole, but i feel like they're not being portrayed well, (cough bad writing) which leads to so many viewers being disappointed and upset. i was excited for this series as perthchimon are the main pair, but the writing seriously isn't doing them justice. i'm just hoping in gmm24 or in the future perthchimon get another project together with a better script
