At first I was really interested in this drama , until I saw them Offending the Islam and Muslims it was a real…
It's not about my love for them - I don't know them to love them - I just enjoy their dramas no more...it's just that I don't have double standards - as an Egyptian - we do the same thing in our movies...so I can't say it's wrong...I've grown up watching it in many movies...so I just can't see it as an offense ^^

still you can say I don't like the idea...but you can't say it's offending to Islam right??? @sykins saying that it's offending Islam is a big thing that can't just be passed right???

@Wosha I'm not from Gulf as I said...but are you saying I'm not being polite???????? I'm talking about my society here "which is an Islamic society" all I'm saying is that If you are saying they are insulting Islam because of wearing abaia then you are the one insulting Islam...Islam is a great religion so big to be narrowed only in a piece of cloth...they didn't insult the Prophet, the holy Qur'an or the Sharia...they didn't criticize any thing about Islam so for me they didn't criticize Islam...you are an Arab so you probably know the movie I mentioned before go check it...it's the exact same thing but no one ever considered it Offending Islam

& sincerely I can't imagine how exactly can you offend their religions & rituals "they have many religions in their society"...does that mean wearing Korean traditional clothes??? it's pretty much the same and I doubt they'll consider it a shameful act--just to tell you you really can insult their rituals, history or whatever...so what??? they won't be mad...they won't even care...we "Egyptians" make fun of Asians in many dramas...their habits, their looks, their clothes...this only happens because they are a different culture not because we recent them...I doubt that it's the same thing but If your mad they only mentioned the abaia instead talk about how great are the values of Islam & don't say they offend Islam

I guess they apologized in star king plus the azan thing was no insult...I've seen that ep...got mad a little when the guy from SJ played a police man but that was it...and I still don't think that the clothes refer to a religion...believe me If someone wants to hate Islam "or whatever religion" they won't wait to see a cloth used in a drama & If so they are not worth it...I see they insult the religion If they critique a value or a person or the habits...they didn't criticize anything...then why should I say they are insulting Islam...it's just an idea & they simply used it...look at things in a simpler prescriptive...I think you are just used to the idea that everyone means bad when it comes to Islam...not even ready to see the clothes popular in the area being used in another culture for another purpose...that simply

I didn't consider it offending at all...Koreans respect religions and believes a lot they wouldn't risk offending a religion in a drama...they just used the clothes as an item in the drama...I don't know where are you from...but I'm an Egyptian and I've seen the use of niqab for the same purpose in many Egyptian movies like "Abo Ali" when Karim Abd El Aziz and Mona Zaki wore it while running away...that's why I don't see it offensive...it's just they wanted to hide their ID no more...don't just think that other cultures insult your religion because they are using clothes that's popular in your area...they didn't insult hijab they didn't say women shouldn't wear it or not...they didn't come near Islam by any way or another...Islam so big to be insulted just by wearing abaia in a drama...don't close your mind on saying...oh they're insulting Islam...be more open minded...it's just clothes

you're exactly like me when it comes to Rom/Coms xD
I could watch a sad drama - no matter how sad it is - but I couldn't watch 1 litre of tears - the facts that it's true story - makes it impossible for me to watch it...I read the book though...made me cry a lot :'(
