1. ML was and has been the only one loving the FL from day one + he has done all the searching, saving, promising, chasing, etc. 2. NOT ONCE did we see him with another woman, although he has a reputation. 3. They called him a playboy, an ignorant man, a guy who doesn't love his own country, a guy who can't keep his promises, but... No one really knows him, and that's just sad. 4. ML wanted to stay with FL (the first time around), but she chose the other dude, although he was engaged to her best friend (that's just fucked up to begin with), and now, that he asks her to go with him, she chooses her family. At least, that's acceptable.
How are some of you "defending" FL's actions? Are you for real? She only understood how much she "loves" him, though, I have my doubts that she can truly love someone, once he went to war and once she FINALLY saw the man's face in her dreams. Not once did she chase him, love him, or even understand his actions and choices.
I'm sorry, but my entire being is ready to welcome 2FL in Part 2. I know this is wrong of me, and probably won't happen, but I wish FL suffered half of part 2, I would like her to watch ML's happiness with 2FL, even if it's short-lived.
But it won't happen. I know. It's wishful thinking on my part.
After episode 10, I can only see an ending for part 2: They are not meant to be together, It's one of those romances, and that's okay, as long that happens and it makes sense. DO NOT try to force them together just to have a bullshit HE.
Let both of them survive, yes, let both of them be happy, but not together, it wouldn't make sense.
Someone needs to tell Gilchae all the things Janghyun has done for her.. like she absolutely knows nothing about…

This is one of those dramas that you can easily watch 20 episodes, twice a week, yet, they did 14, once a week. Smart stuff, really.
