I think because it's different genre altogether. My Dearest is all out melodrama, this one is more towards FL life story with the love life being messy as well. No chemistry because her husband is gay and up to ep 5, she and her first love only met 4 times and she wants to get away from it every single time. XD

it's not as mellow as My Dearest, not as good as well (it's taste, some might not agree), but Im Je Yeon is a good actor, she carried the drama hard. 4 episodes in and I'm hooked. Sacrificing sleep over it now.

finished (re)watching this for the I think 11th time (lost count tbh) and still impressed with KGE acting masterclass. I think she wasn't even acting, she's just like that, the Ji Eun Tak character.

she lost a lot of weight and might have done some mod to the face. Can see her face muscle didn't move as they suppose to, around cheeks and below the eyes. Dunno for sure but that's what PS can do to your face, it hardens them and lost natural movement. She's prettier before with egg face, now she seems plastic af. She's not a noob actress at all to be like that and was so good in DAYS. I actually started watching this drama because of the her.

There's a scene where she is talking to the village chief and the camera is super close to her face as she's talking, take a look at it closely.

2 episodes in I think it's a fun drama to watch, it's just the FL is not my taste. Nothing is wrong with her, she's pretty, good actress and all, but yeah, not my taste.

got strange tingling incest vibe at the end of ep10. so cringe. will have to drop drama here. I know from the beginning it'll happen, didnt expect it'd be like that. otherwise it'd be a good drama. unfortunately not for me ig.
