I went to my other computer use different VPN and I found it. As Admin/Moderator in 7 BL Facebook groups I post links , so even I don't need for myself I need it for group members but now it is ok I got it on the other computer, but I thanks you.

Yes I know about regional restrictions ,so I try vpn and all the list countries it is blocked, the big question if on YouTube is cut or uncut some say it is uncut on iQIYI if you can't see it it is problem
