Good sister who is protecting FL to much. This will create the problems later. She is sick probably 1-2 years already, and her sister doesn't know?? She should have her come back immediately and start working in the company.

With her illness I think the sister doesn't have time to play games. She need to resolve everything quickly. Now only her husband knows about her illness and he will use this. Keeping all this secret from her sister is just making things more complicated. She can transfer all her shares to her sister if she wants. Just need to visit a lawyer.
