What is this about?

One thing I hate about any lakorn or any drama for that matter is how they make it seem like if you are dark skinned then its such a bad thing. I guess they dont realize how much damage they could do to a person because of it. I mean some people take to bleaching their skin to try and get lighter which is sad.

Can someone tell me if the Ml and the ex bf are the same person. In that one picture from the beginning it kind of looks like it.
