Cassie here too (although Chunnie biased) !
He turned out to be a good actor although I always thought he was the most awkward in front of a camera (his priceless laugh OTL) but I guess I was wrong :P Let's not forget "W" live in A-nation, it was a very beautiful performance by JYJ. Great article! :)
I love that this version was so much darker than the J-version, OMG KDY has no comparision. Also, Jamie was really a great female character despite her betrayals. She was so confident and smart that I kinda liked her. I'll wait for a second season!
Looks good! Taiwan makes good dramas about friendship and overcoming obstacles...pretty normal and mundane but still well developed and interesting so I'm excited for this one.
It's good for a Korean version though. tbh SEK is doing great, Il Rak is as adorable and loyal as his Japanese counterpart plus his father is hilarious. And let's not forget the second lead, if you want to call it like that, he is more memorable than in the Japanese version. So it's good enough for me to keep watching
Love it! I thought there was no way I could like it since I love the Japanese version, but then Joowon made his thing and I almost forgot the original Chiaki lol Rak-kun is so great in here too! And let's not forget Nae il, she is doing a great job although I miss Nodame's trademark, the 'Gyabo' thing u.u that was always hilarious.
*sigh* I've tried, but it's just not my cup of tea. Since the beginning I've had this feeling that everything seems so familiar and that's a no-no for me... I guess I'm getting older, this type of drama doesn't suit my taste anymore lol
Awesome references through all the drama. It was funny and cute and I was satisfied with the first part of episode 10 but then the ending was so abrupt (obv since it was cut) though I was loling at that terminator reference 'I'll be back~'
It can't be worse than Boy Before Friends. I mean, it's not even remotely plausible...so there is hope for a good remake. In fact, if they are willing to use more sharp-tongued language (male lead) and same craziness and tone of sassyness from the female lead, it'll be a hit. But...multi-season doesn't sound really inviting.
'A supernatural drama about a hero whose body sprouts knives because of the pain that his heart's been through' well, that's not inviting at all. So cheesy and ridiculous... But I guess I'll try it out of curiosity lol
This drama has everything and I love it. No unbearable dragging and super melo scenes (but that depends on personal opinion), funny and cute characters (even the ones who were supposed to be the 'bad guys'), the lovely main couple, and kisses, lots of kisses. But, as in some Taiwanese drama, there are still some episodes left that can change everything and so my opinion.
