They should at least make small scar. I had head surgery before, they must open up a small part of the head just to make sure everything was going well. In Hae In's case, she lost her memory. In my case, I lost the left side of my body.

The first part of the final episode was so boring, but thanks to God, they ended it to a happy ending. The only thing I don't like and it's mostly director mistake, Hae In left the surgery without any head gauze !!!
