Probably one of the best Chinese movie I've come across

I love dramas and movies with a cult as the main story this was one of them it managed to creep me out and it was really dark one of the reasons I loved this drama but I can't seem to find any other Asian dramas or movies like this so if anyone knows any dramas or movies like this (other than the S2) please lemme know <3 (without any sci-fi and supernatural preferably)

This is probably one of the best Korean movie I've watched yet

Storyline was alright the acting did it for me casts were splendid and ofc Kim Soo Hyun his acting was phenomenal but the writers didn't have to do me like that at the ending where they showed hong hae in's grave and baek hyun woo placing flowers on it bro this scene isn't leaving me soon the ending was fine without it I'm still bawling my eyes out 😭😭😭

This was my first Asian drama, and this drama is what made me want to watch other Asian dramas. I wasn't really fond of dramas, and just sitting through all the episodes was never for me, but I was really bored one day and decided to check it out, and once I started this drama, I was HOOKED. I never in my life thought I'd have the patience and attention span to sit through 40+ episodes, but I did, and that's how good it was. I would highly recommend this drama 10/10.

The chemistry between the main leads was insaneeee

The ending was an open ending the director purposely chose not to explain it or indicate anything and left it to the watchers imagination some people say he wasn't acting and the husband was actually possessed and some say he was acting in order to satisfy his crazy wife at the end

I went from "Idk how she hasn't divorced yet" to "Idk how he hasn't divorced yet" lmao

I'm confused with the ending when his notebook fell it was written "if I die don't tell ling yi yao" but a bit towards the ending the page flipped and it showed "if I live ill marry her" was this a hint that he's alive? and they got married?

The ML and FL got married in real life just putting it out here so it reduces the pain that the movie gave y'all

I dropped this drama on episode 4 the fl is so annoying please tell me if it gets better or not 😭

When people said the judges on this show are a complete mess I never thought it'd be this bad until I saw it myself ngl I'm on the wits of dropping this show trix of prime kingz losing against jroc on episode 5 had me feeling frustrated for days LIKE SERIOUSLY HOW THE FUCK DID IT END UP IN A REMATCH boa saying that a battler (or a duo) did "too much" that's why he did not win had me in disbelief and 5000 losing all those matches where he should've have won 😭 THIS IS TOO MUCH WHERE DID THEY GET THESE JUDGES FROM

The part where Hee Tae stopped to listen to a song on the TV while he was handing out Myeong Hee's Missing Person flyers and it was showing a cut of multiple scenes of their meetings to the last scene where they hugged in the woods was probably the most wrenching part in the whole drama. This drama broke me in ways I never thought it would.

You can watch almost every Asian drama on newasiantv.pro whether it's airing or newly released and you barely get any popups literally one popup when starting the episode but you have to stick with the asianload server if you click on other servers you'll get shit ton of ads and popups and a huge plus point is that you can even download the episodes just type the exact link I listed above

I'm on episode 4, and at this point I'm just forcing myself to watch every minute. I just don't know what's missing; the characters are good, the story is pretty decent, and the acting seems good as well. I'm not sure why I can't get into the drama. I might actually drop it after one or two more episodes.

Once again, like I've said on another historical drama, I hate historical movies, dramas, manga, anime, and everything related to the historical era. I am beyond picky when it comes to fantasy and historical dramas, and I mean literally, I've only watched 2 historical kdramas in all those years, but what drew me to this kdrama was the people who watched and talked about it. I've been seeing it EVERYWHERE for the past few years, and I have finally managed to watch and finish the drama. Although I have a few complaints, overall I really liked this drama. Would I watch it again? Most probably not (maybe after a decade, LOL), not because I did not like it but because of the ending. I've been told that this drama is BEYOND tragic and will leave you scarred. TBH, I'm a sucker for these types of dramas once in a while, and I turned out to really hate the ending. Don't get me wrong; it started off really well, as people said, but it took a huge turn, and the drama became very dark. I knew this would happen before watching the drama, but I did not expect it to take this huge of a turn. Before I started watching the drama, I also knew that one of the main characters would die, but what bothered me so much was the fact that Hae Soo didn't get to see Wang So before she died because of a mere misinterpretation. I honestly did not have a problem with Hae Soo dying. I did go into this drama expecting this to happen, but I didn't expect her to die a death where she could not meet someone she'd been really longing for, and that really broke me. I really want season 2 now because of the ending, although that seems very unlikely to happen.

I hate historical dramas, mangas, movies, everything related to the historical era, but this drama was a banger. I came here with low expectations and left in awe. Every second and every minute had me hooked. I'm sure this drama won't be everyone's cup of tea, but it's mine for sure. Now coming to season 2, I feel like season 2 wasn't necessary, and it kind of felt draggy. They could have made a few more episodes on season 1 and ended it there, but overall, I have no regrets. This drama was worth watching.

Hands down the best kdrama I've watched yet; the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat, and I'm going to rewatch it soon. I highly recommend watching this kdrama if some of you still haven't watched it.
