There's definitely a bit of cheese, but it's pretty self-aware in its comedy and its romance. The show is deeper…
see I normally like rom-coms, i just recently got sick of the guy helps girl boost self-confidence cliche, and that was the impression i got from the trailer, but i bet you're right in the trailer giving a more shallow impression of the show
Don't mean to sound judgmental before watching the show but it seems kind of cringey. Again just basing this off of the trailer. So I'm surprised at the rating, especially since its higher than Uncanny Counter. SO is this a cheesy rom-com?
I love how comfortable the FL is with herself. She speaks her mind and isn't apologetic for how she feels or her opinion, its really refreshing to see a FL like this. Also, love Seo Dan Ah, again just love her bluntness and shes really different from the typical female boss character you see in these dramas.
I really want to watch this, it seems like it has everything I like, the only thing holding me back is the love triangle. I REALLY hate love triangles. Its super depressing to see the second ML lose to the ML.
I just finished watching it and I didn't love it but definitely liked it. Jang Woo was the best character in the show for me, he was so adorable and funny and his reactions in awkward situations were so relatable. Something I don't like is Myung Yeo's ending, I feel like its way too open ended and implies that shes gonna be lonely for the rest of her life, which is sad cuz she was amazing and deserves better.
Im Shi Wan received a lot of praised for his acting in Misaeng. Many people called this drama a masterpiece. I…
I mean I liked the other characters in Misaeng, and the acting from other actors were great, personally loved the show. I just didn't think I'm Shi Wan looked comfortable in his role. And for Run On, I actually like the FL cuz for once I feel like the FL isn't someone who puts up with the sexism and rudeness from her boss and then the ML helps her stand up for herself (this is usually the cliche) She's honest and blunt about her feelings. Also liked the second FL as well!
if you find his acting weird, then he did a great portrayal. he's supposed to play eccentric character here. just…
Yeah I thought the same for Run On, cuz he is supposed to be like that, but then with Misaeng I felt the same way about him and idk I guess he was sort of the one part I didn't love about the show...it's probably just a personal preference problem
