because it never got released officially in China + all the trouble they went through to release it internationally. it is safer for the actors to not interact. there have been some interviews, but solo ones where main leads briefly mention each other and The Spirealm. Though, who knows, maybe in the future there will be something!

if you haven't watched hidden love, i would recommend it! it's pretty similar to this. i do like WIFTY a lot more tho for several reasons, but still enjoyed hidden love.

mannn, i love it so much. rewatching after around 2 years and it feels just like the first time i watched it... so comforting

i absolutely love it. both couples are incredibly cute. there is of course the sad parts too:( but i'm sure everything will be fine in the end.

the only downside is that it feels rushed and if they had a chance to make it longer, the series would be even better.

so with th opportunities they had and the budget they had, they have done an amazing job💓
