honestly, nothing is really happening in this drama. I love the actors but the scenarios are very much poorly written, I am only saying this because I wished it to be more intense.
After all, you can't tell if evil is created or born. Yoon Jong Woo could have been waiting for the well right moment to fall for his madness, or like Seo Moon Jo said he is the masterpiece that he ended up creating..I wanted Seo Jung Hwa to have more impact on the show but like always police are insufficient and to be honest, her presence was a mere delight. the show has ended leaving us waiting for more from every actor. applause for the show writers and director as well.
I think that this is all part of IM Shi Wan novel writing. I don't know why I am thinking of this. but it is only his way to make his characters visual that he had to live with them. that's the only reason I can understand for him not leaving this place apart from the money issue, ur life is always worth fighting for. When Lee Dong Wook told him that he thinks they are the same..I think it was only because part of IM shi wan soul is in him...like any author who pours his thoughts and believes in his story.. (it is the same concept of the big question (who you can define as a nice person? ( a person who think of killing but actually don't or a person who don't even think about it?) ...well, I am still guessing..
I think this drama seek the idea behind what a nice person looks like. I mean that it answers the question behind if the good person doesn't have evil thoughts or actually does have but control them and doesn't make them interfere with his real life. ...It does that by showing two different characters on stage if I could say that.. it is actually not a mystery or a crime drama..its rather let's watch and know what makes us different...
I love Lee Dong Wook but I think who I am falling in love with the way he acts is Im Shi Wan..he perfectly knows how to play the character.
so far, I like it. Though at the beginning I thought that it was rather not real that they couldn't find about him that he was the lawyer for the case even when some videos of him in court was online but I think now, Lee Gi Hoon would be able to tell from his father's documents so, it is getting more real.
Well, indeed the rating did fool me. In the trailer, they gave me "Harry Potter" vibes; the girl who survived. but actually, I couldn't care less about her or her powers. you don't get much to emphasize with. sure, you would get provoked with all the murders that are happening but when you get the reason it would be too late. though I completed to the end to get more of the villains' story and all I got was flashbacks with poor quality.
This drama set my heart on fire. at the start of it, anyone could imagine going with the same emotions or feelings. to me, it was a reminder of how complicated human relationship is.
The storyline went perfectly fine at the beginning sometimes, I was frustrated by the main actress character but it was like being mad at your friend for sticking her mind to the dude who hurt her. sooner, when the real romance starts, everything felt as cotton; fluffy.
I mean the two character have the spark this spark that we all keep searching for in all of our lives and when u find it it's hard to hide an eye on but there is always suffering in Korean dramas also in our lives.
this was an age gap, a society approval, and a family's situations, you can see that it is easy to catch yourself in one of these situations -but to have a happy ending a desirable one for our main characters you need to fight and give a reason for their worth to deserve a better life together. that drama lacked that, they gave u a piece of chocolate and tells you it will be the sweetest chocolate you had but when you are about to taste it they sprinkled salt on it and asked you to taste that first but how can a kiss turns sweet when you have a salt on your lips?
so the ending doesn't make sense to us, doesn't cool the fire we watched.
The beginning of this drama is worth watching so if u decided to see this, you sure need to stop after finding your own happy ending version.
