I've just started watching this show but I must say this TTJ is such a puppy. He's too flowery compared to the novel TTJ. I prefer the darker version TTJ from the novel. He's too evill to the bone that makes the show TTJ such a baby compared to him.

Well I'm not sure if we are all watching the same drama. Comments from the bottom are really misleading in my opinion.
For me this show has started on a good note. Like all fantasy dramas it's starting slow and the story is gonna take some time to unfold. I'm hooked as of now.
Try to give this show a chance before giving your opinions.
Allen and Li Qin are surprisingly looking good together.

Allen's styling and costumes are chef's kiss yaaaar. I mean I usually am not fan of Allen's visuals but in this he's looking heavenly ❤️

When did he not? He took everything that came for her. As she said she only suffered for him for 3 days but DFQC also suffered that same pain plus extra pain from that nail.
At last she comiited suicide to save him but he also felt that excruciating pain to separate her primordial spirit from him and then nurtured her.

Bruh DFQC suffered more than XLH in the entrire series. Why did they make it look like she was the one who suffered for him more than he suffered for her. Not fair. And that ending was meh. We went through all of that roller coaster just for that ending. Why dramagods?
But i have to say that dylan rocked that tai sui part. Bruh he was looking the best.
Everyone did the beautiful job on this show and not to forget the production and the music it was amazing 🤩

I feel so sad for DFQC in the later episodes. The pain he has to go through to be with her. Like he has so much responsibilies already and not to forget those spikes that gives him pain from midnight to dawn. Then the pain from XLH's trip to the cave. Too much agony. My poor DFQC😢😢😢

In ep 23. I am more annoyed than DFQS when jieli made them (DFQS & XLH) brother sister in front of xiao run.

Woah, why are chinese ppl so serious about these dramas. It's just a work of fiction. Give them a break. I feel so bad for the cast and crew of this show. This show deservs so much praise and much more for not being like all other shows out there. It's so unique and fun. I had so much fun and laughter while watching this show. Truly a gem.
