I have to say I'm impressed with Li Dai Kun's acting as Scorpion King, not only he looks beautiful but he also exudes a very dangerous aura. Knowing that he was the original cast for WKX, I can't help but being curious what kind of WKX he would've portrayed. I'm sure he will bring a different kind of WKX as compared to Gong Jun's, but just as amazing.
I watch a lot of dramas. So far, WoH has had no draggy/filler eps., no unnecessary misunderstandings, no unneeded…
I'm with you. I usually struggle a lot to get through drama with many episodes, but this is one of the rare ones that keeps me engaged every episode. Heck, even 45 mins feels like 15 mins! If the plot and pacing remain consistent until the end with happy ending, it will earn full score from me.
Can you tell me how to watch it? Because after downloading th winrar file l don't know what to do
Youku is treating everyone fairly, you're watching the same free episodes in YT as the non-VIP Chinese audience. I don't want to ruin your enjoyment but please refrain from sharing illegal link openly. Fans here are trying to support the show as best as they can.
It is based on BL novel, the screenwriter is a big fan of the novel, the actors, director and all the crew know…
There is no female lead here, only two male leads. But if you're looking for some powerful badass, then this is the drama for you. Both male leads are very powerful anti-heroes, definitely not the usual standard heroes.
Is this BL or can i watch it? Is there romance between male lead and girl?
It is based on BL novel, the screenwriter is a big fan of the novel, the actors, director and all the crew know that this is based on BL story. But everyone is free to interpret :)
It's a well-made drama with nice ending, even though there is still much left unknown about Amamiya's background and so much possibility for sequel. I think this drama is quite successful in terms of viewership and popularity. Machida is very lucky to have his first lead drama right after Cherry Magic while the heat is still ongoing.
Hi guys, I tried to put together some links on the instructions on how to subscribe to Youku VIP in the discussion forum above since they got swallowed fast in the comment section. If anyone has other sources please feel free to add. Hope this helps!
While I enjoy WOH more than TU, one thing the latter did it right was paying enough for the creation of Wu Ji,…
I agree, Wuji is one of the best OST imo, I still get goosebumps just hearing the intro. WOH's ED and OP are beautiful too, but still rather inferior compared to TU's OST.
Hi all, just saw a couple of reviews giving WoH low score because he/she only watched one episode and then wrote…
One of the users who gave low score was one of the firsts to write review pretty early on and it was clear that he/she is either a hater or homophobic. He/she purposedly wrote a review on a BL-based drama while saying that BL is not their taste, wth? As @PeachBlossomGoddess said, those kind of reviews will not affect my opinion, only my own experience counts. I think that also applies to the other viewers who enjoy this show.
Thanks for the nice article! It's my current favorite drama at the moment. Both male leads are terrific and have amazing chemistry both on and off-screen. I have watched up to ep 17 and so far the story is very engaging and no unnecessary filler (which I can't stand the most) which I really enjoy. It's like back to the golden era of TVB's wuxia drama :) Great acting also from all the supporting actors, no awkward or stiff acting whatsoever. Oh, and did I mention how gorgeous Gung Jun is in this show? *heart eyes*
Look like ep 27 is the episode to look forward to. It was trending on weibo and a lot of buzz on douban. I haven't…
I'm a bit confused here. Just checked the episode, the VIP Eng subs are still until Ep 24. But the Chinese version it's advanced purchase for ep 26-28?
